We have many Dr.’s office throughout CA and are in need of some great reviews to offset Yelp’s “Moderation” Dept’s oversights.
14 office location X 5 new reviews per location: Must be quality written content by a long standing Yelp user(‘s).
I wish to creat a dedicated web site for a network of doctors specializing in the field of Allergy. The site will be simple and professional. It will be basically a site for a directory, announcements etc. The main features I want on the site are:
- a directory of doctors (listing their name, address, contact info, etc., – these will be mainly doctors from India and few from other countries. Please describe how you plan to set up the directory.)
- a forum where they can interact with each other,
- a contact form,
- page full of links to other professional org.,
- a page where they can view and download current medical papers.
What will be the approximate cost to set up? We need access to edit the contents both from India as well as outside. I will be maintaining and updating the site regularly but do not have any programming skills. So the site should be designed such I can easily update the content.
I NEED hosting service. Please recommend any good reliable and economical host.

The details of the application that we need:
We are looking for a web based Online EMR software application which combines scheduling, electronic medical records, prescription writing, letter writing, billing, and image capture functions in a single Application Service Provider (ASP) service.
This will allow doctors to go paperless. Doctors will simply go online and log-on to their own personal, totally secure, browser-based database at the start of the workday and capture all their activities like notes, lab results etc for each patient. At the completion of the visit, it is then saved and is immediately ready to be filed as an electronic claim.
This new system allows doctors to provide better care for their patients with less work and cost. The system is targeted towards the independent physician or small group of up to 12 physicians.
This application will help physicians to provide care to more patients and enable the office to become virtually paperless, improve patient record-keeping, enhance the communication between the doctor and his patients, and eliminate the daily task of filing, copying, data re-entry and transcribing.

I am looking to put together a website that will allow you to input a zip code or area and have it give you a list of the doctors in the area and the types of doctors, The database is already in use in a number of websites and I would like one too. You may use or find an existing database and make sure it is exactly what I want and the project will be done, I need the database in a format that is search-able like MySQL or a CSV file, I want to be able to run it from a wordpress blog.
If you know where to look and how to put this together this is a very easy project, I will give this project to the firs person who knows how to do it.

Hello, I need a script created and installed that will allow patients to book appointments online for a doctor’s office. There will be an area for them to log in, sign up for the appointment etc., but the system will generate a password for them ( or they can set it ) and then it will remember them when they log in next time. Also need it to email them to remind them of their appointment as the date approaches.
The system will show a calendar and available times each day. This has to be GUI friendly and attractive. Office caters to a highend patient population that is very critical of website appearance. Once booked, that time will no longer show. The doctor’s office will get an email notification with the persons info etc. The office can also log in and add times to the list or delete times if someone books that time slot.
I need fast turn around, but good work.. No Esgrow…. WHY? because
……..part is due to the client wanting to see it in action before they pay ****
This can be done by hosting the script on your own server until they are satisfied and you can hot link to it via our development site. If one does a good job, would eventually considered having you revamp our website. 3-4 pages needing an overhaul for the office. Would let your creative juices flow on revamping the site.

Also i would like another section of this site to be dedicated to medicines, vitamins and medical supplies. although one cant just log onto a website and buy prescriptions drugs. they would only have access to vitamins and certain med supplies. although doctors might (depending on their rights) can buy medications and other medical supplies that arent offered to the users.
This would also require a 4-tier login system whereby there will be:
ADMIN – backend users such as website developers, myself, etc
DOCTOR – purchase power, access to exclusive doctor-to-doctor forum, confirming appointments, posting articles/editorials, creating/updating personal profile, etc
USER- person who registered can rate doctors, comment, book appointments, regulated purchase power, chat with doctor, personal profile, etc.
VIEWER/BROWSER – can just browse the site, use the directory, view ratings and comments, use the symptom checker, basically everything wiithout being able to actually modify the site at all
Also a news feed would be required of this site. latest news in medical discoveries, etc. also with comments, ratings, and option to share with social networking sites such as myspace, twitter, facebook, etc. Users should also be able to search for particular articles based on doctors that wrote them, symptoms, and basically by any keywords they plug in
And finally a portion dedicated to “lifestyles” whereby one can see information about different fitness programs, diets, nutritional information (“foodometer” on webMD website, but this is only a new addition to theirs and looks to be a HUGE collection of information and might not be able to be included it on our site for the first of couple phases, once again I leave that all up to whats possible by the developers). There coule be a household remedies portion there as well, where people can see various remedies suggested by people. this might also have to be monitored by a doctor or a group of doctors before posting, just to make sure someone doesnt post something that can truely be harmful and i dont want to even spell out worst case scenarios!
Well, this is my plan and am waiting to hear from someone as to what this can cost, in phases and/or as a whole. Thank you!

I am planning to make a localized directory of medical practitioners. This site would allow users/viewers to contact the doctors, book appointments, look for a particular doctor within their area and so on. I also wanted to include a rating system for each doctor along with a comment option.
This site would have numerous functions as well as the directory and it might have to be built up in phases depending on how a programmer sees to be able to complete this. I am not whatsoever knowledgable in webdesign nor programming, but i have a “dream” and would like the help of someone or a team of individuals that can help to make this come true.
Another portion of this site would include a symptom checker, i would like it to be as close to the checker found on the webmd.com site under the “symptoms” link. it doesnt have to be as pretty, but moreso functional and user friendly. although i would prefer it to be as close to theirs as possible. this would in “diagnose” the user and refer them to the appropriate facility based on their location, doctor rating, etc.
It would be nice to have an “ask advice” option where the user can actually chat live or via email with a doctor.
each doctor would have an option of upgrading their listing to a more detailed one where they can add pictures, information about their specialties, map of location, qualifications, etc.

I have a website that needs some sections separated. For example if I am looking for a doctor in the north part of town I can click on “North” and it will give me only a list of ads placed in the North part of town.
I have 5 sections with alot of categories. All categories are exactly the same for all sections but I need them to be separated this way: North – South – West – East – Center.
What I want to be able to do after you finish the project is:
If I want to upload an ad for a doctor that is located in the north part of town for example, I will be able to upload this doctors business ad in the correct section that way when a person browsing my site is looking for a doctor in the north part of town his ad will appear listed under “Doctors” in the “North” tab of my site.
On the “Home Page” however the categories will be listed on the left and **** all the “Doctors” for example on North/South/West/East/Center will come up if someone clicks on it.
I have tried to explain as much as I can here but I will explain in detail over the phone once I hire you.
