For instance, I only need the script installed, none of the other pages that are a part of this code, like the about page etc. Also, I need to have different data for each doctor in the practice so patients can choose who to book their appointment with.

There needs to be an admin area where the office staff can log in and insert the times and days that each doctor is available, like on the example.

There will also be 5 different types of appointments that they can make.

PROCESS
Once the customer chooses the type of appointment, the doctor and then the day and time, they would get a summary of the appointment and a form to fill out their details. Once they submit, they would get an email alert about the appointment and also the office will get one telling them an appointment has been booked.

Its pretty straight forward. There will be an esgrow payment, but only AFTER you can show me a working example of this script ON YOUR OWN server, not mine. I hope that is clear.

USER- person who registered can rate doctors, comment, book appointments, regulated purchase power, chat with doctor, personal profile, etc.

VIEWER/BROWSER – can just browse the site, use the directory, view ratings and comments, use the symptom checker, basically everything wiithout being able to actually modify the site at all

Also a news feed would be required of this site. latest news in medical discoveries, etc. also with comments, ratings, and option to share with social networking sites such as myspace, twitter, facebook, etc. Users should also be able to search for particular articles based on doctors that wrote them, symptoms, and basically by any keywords they plug in

And finally a portion dedicated to “lifestyles” whereby one can see information about different fitness programs, diets, nutritional information (“foodometer” on webMD website, but this is only a new addition to theirs and looks to be a HUGE collection of information and might not be able to be included it on our site for the first of couple phases, once again I leave that all up to whats possible by the developers). There coule be a household remedies portion there as well, where people can see various remedies suggested by people. this might also have to be monitored by a doctor or a group of doctors before posting, just to make sure someone doesnt post something that can truely be harmful and i dont want to even spell out worst case scenarios!

ADMIN – backend users such as website developers, myself, etc

DOCTOR – purchase power, access to exclusive doctor-to-doctor forum, confirming appointments, posting articles/editorials, creating/updating personal profile, etc

USER- person who registered can rate doctors, comment, book appointments, regulated purchase power, chat with doctor, etc.

VIEWER/BROWSER – can just browse the site, use the directory, view ratings and comments, use the symptom checker, basically everything wiithout being able to actually modify the site at all

Also a news feed would be required of this site. latest news in medical discoveries, etc. also with comments, ratings, and option to share with social networking sites such as myspace, twitter, facebook, etc. Users should also be able to search for particular articles based on doctors that wrote them, symptoms, and basically by any keywords they plug in

And finally a portion dedicated to “lifestyles” whereby one can see information about different fitness programs, diets, nutritional information (“foodometer” on webMD website, but this is only a new addition to theirs and looks to be a HUGE collection of information and might not be able to be included it on our site for the first of couple phases, once again I leave that all up to whats possible by the developers). There coule be a household remedies portion there as well, where people can see various remedies suggested by people. this might also have to be monitored by a doctor or a group of doctors before posting, just to make sure someone doesnt post something that can truely be harmful and i dont want to even spell out worst case scenarios!

I am not whatsoever knowledgable in webdesign nor programming, but i have a “dream” and would like the help of someone or a team of individuals that can help to make this come true.

Another portion of this site would include a symptom checker, i would like it to be as close to the checker found on the webmd.com site under the “symptoms” link. it doesnt have to be as pretty, but moreso functional and user friendly. although i would prefer it to be as close to theirs as possible. this would “diagnose” the user and refer them to the appropriate facility based on their location, doctor rating, etc. without redirecting them off from my ste.

It would be nice to have an “ask advice” option where the user can actually chat live or via email with a doctor.

The project’s initial scope is to catalog and publish the contact details for optometrists and ophthalmologists throughout the US.

The applicant should first identify and acquire an eye doctor database, inclusive of independent optometrists, as well as lists of Pearle Vision, LensCrafters, America’s Best and Sunglass Hut store locations.

The development environment is on the LAMP model (Linux, MySQL, PHP, Perl, etc.)

I am learning web design and need some experienced support with a client’s needs. I have intermediate skills in CSS, and HTML, I am a beginner with mySQL. I am designing a basic mySQL site. The design calls for a balloon pop up that originates from rolling over a specific result on the page (doctor Name). The result is part of a repeat region. I need the balloon to be positioned next to the doctor name and it would contain more fields from that record. I had hoped to be able to accomplish it all in CSS, but will accept Java if need be.

The page initially displays a doctor’s name. When that name is rolled over or clicked, a balloon appears next to that name with more fields displayed from that same record.

There are other balloon functions on this page with no db that are text and links, so I would like to be able to implement this solution to those additional balloons. If it is CSS, I can manipulate and duplicat it on my own more easily

I need a database of doctor information for doctors in the US. If you already have it, use PMB to describe the fields included in your data. Your data must have at least a field for doctor’s email address. Your data needs to be current. I am not asking you to spam anyone, just sell me the data if you already have it.

I have a website that needs some sections separated. For example if I am looking for a doctor in the north part of town I can click on “North” and it will give me only a list of ads placed in the North part of town.

I have 5 sections with alot of categories. All categories are exactly the same for all sections but I need them to be separated this way: North – South – West – East – Center.

What I want to be able to do after you finish the project is:

If I want to upload an ad for a doctor that is located in the north part of town for example, I will be able to upload this doctors business ad in the correct section that way when a person browsing my site is looking for a doctor in the north part of town his ad will appear listed under “Doctors” in the “North” tab of my site.

On the “Home Page” however the categories will be listed on the left and **** all the “Doctors” for example on North/South/West/East/Center will come up if someone clicks on it.

I have tried to explain as much as I can here but I will explain in detail over the phone once I hire you.
