Looking for a web directory for clubs.

Here is a list of features I will require:

Database Search Engine: I require the ability to search clubs by world part, country, State and City.

Mapping Capability: I also require the user to be able to select a location on a map (google maps api) or enter a city and see the listings in the database as hits on the map, once these hits have been moused over it will display the name of the club. The user must click to see the full listing profile

Listing Profile: Display 4 thumbnail pictures and one (youtube linked) video, short description, address and a link to the location in google maps.
Clubs should be able to login to update their profile, add images and a videolink.

Advertising on main page and search result; Clubs will have the option to promote their profile with an adwords alike system based on the search quiry.
There must be 4 advertising levels; 1. main page, 2. Country, 3. state, 4. city.

Paypal payment gateway: I require the ability for clubs to make (recurring) payments via paypal.

invoice: I require the ability for clubs to receive an invoice after they made a payment.

Content Management: User friendly admin panel to add/edit clubs and a page to translate the website in multiple languages.

SEO: optimized for seo (will require to see SEO plan)

I’m looking for a programmer that builds a robust and elegant system, when the job is done there will be maintanance, updates and new features in the future.
I’m looking for a long term relationship with a programmer that I can build on.

I’m looking for a maps expert. Preferably with Yahoo Maps API, but Google Maps API could also work.

I have a database of locations. There are over 400 locations. I have dynamic filtering with Checkboxes so that only the correct subset of data appears.

I also have a map that lists all of my locations on a Yahoo Map API. I have the map locations (lat, lon) grouped and hardcoded by hand in php.

I want to merge both my listing and my map page to do the following:
- Change listing to show only 10 records per page. Create navigational links to view more records, when applicable.
- Dynamically map the 10 locations per page on a Yahoo Map or Google Map API. The locations, LATITUDE and LONGITUDE are located in my MySQL database.

I would really like it to look this this:

On the right is a map showing the 10 locations mapped.
- Map centered between the 10 locations
- Clicking the # opens up a page with more info
- Mouse over the # highlights the entry on the map and on the left side

On the top would be the checkboxes of criteria where the users would filter the different selections. (already done)

I think the hard parts are already done…
- Database is completed
- Criteria selection and filtering is complete
- Hard Coded map page in plcae
- Have Yahoo and Google APP ID’s

Just trying to merge everything together nicely like the sample listing page above.

I use php and mysql. But if you have a better idea for this directory, I am open to suggestions. Most of the hard parts are done. It’s just piecing everything together.

This task should not be difficult to someone with experiecne with MAP APIs.
