I need a website built that will be an online store for diesel performance parts. In conjunction with the website, I need a checkout linked to PayPal. I would also like someone to design me a logo for my company and make my website appear towards the top of a google search.

Diesel

I need to set up from scratch a freelance type website which will function just like a site like www.peopleperhour.com
1. I must be able to make changes and updates to content, such as the skills required, some ads, polls and surveys.
2. Also the people seeking freelance projects must be able to record and show to a buyer the length of time of experience.
3. I seek a feeback section for people that complete projects.

Please indicate total cost and likely time scale. Thank you.
