Using the InspIRCd IRC daemon, you will build a IRC Client Widget, capable of the usual IRC Chat functionality. You will build the login, registration which will collect the user meta information needed to define the new users. I need a popup added to my site. All the popup needs to have is a web form, that I will provide the code for. Once the web form is filled out and submitted, the popup should close. It should also use the lightbox effect.

I have already a dhtml popup that slides nicely onto my page after a 2 second delay. It is available on every page on my website, but it is set in a session cookie to only appear once per user visit.

However, if I go to a 2nd page, the timer is reset to 2 seconds again.
If I got a 3rd page, it is reset again, and so on.

What I need is to create a script that lets the user go to as many pages as they want for 3 minutes, then the dhtml popup appears.

And it only appears once per user visit.

I can supply the original dhtml script for you to adapt.

I need a crisp DHTML pop up layer to gather the answer to just one question… answered by ticking one of 7 radio boxes.

This pop up mini survey will be shown only once to a visitor and controlled via cookie.

Responses should be stored in mySQL via PHP.

The layer needs to be of the modal type and grey the rest of the site out until it’s either dismissed, or the user answers the question.

The layer and content needs to be graphically striking.

Once the user responds, a thank you message will be displayed also within the DHTML layer… the exact message will depend on the option chosen.

Although this a quite a simple project, please do not bid unless you understand DHTML, MySQL, PHP and are a talented graphics designer.

I have a Drupal 6.13 Installation and it has a custom theme and is using the DHTML module for the left menu:

I need some very fast customizations (next 4 hours) made to the style and functionality of the DHTML menu.

First, the text needs to be styled to look like the other menu.
– Each level of links will get smaller as the menu expands. I had the styling working well before installing DHML Menu module but now it is changed.

Also the speed of the menu sliding effect should be slowed down to match the speed of the top drop down menu.

Next, the bullets should be removed completely.
– This is a styling change that will affect all of the left menus. The DHTML Menu module adds a bullet, right arrow or down arrow to each menu item to indicate the status (expanded, collapsed, etc…) I want to remove these indicators and the space that they take up.

Also I need to remove the title of the menu from being displayed.

I have a Drupal 6.13 installation with a custom theme based on Garland.

I have installed DHTML Menu module:

The primary links menu (on left column) is completely expanded. It should start out collapsed and expand as items are clicked.

I am also not seeing the icon to open the link without expanding.

I need someone to fix this and make the module work as intended without breaking anything else or changing the style of the menus.

I am pretty sure this is caused by the theme and I will upload my custom theme by FTP and you can downloiad and fix it on your own server. I will not give access to the live server.

I am a somewhat experienced PHP developer.

In the past I have created websites for myself and my most recent website is a social network similar to myspace.

Unfortunately I have some ideas of what needs to be done that I don’t know how to do. I am unemployed which means my $$ is very little. If you can help I will give you some sort of funds and a great feedback.

Here’s what I want done.

1. DHTML onmouseover menus – Just like with myspace, when someone hovers a user’s photo in search results, I want a little menu to appear while hovering their photo that grabs info. from the database such as their date of birth and location along with a link to send them a message or add them as a friend, which in turn will open another dhtml menu where they complete the action before the DHTML menus disappear once again leaving the user at the same page before the DHTML menus opened. If you’re confused, BROWSE for friends on myspace and hover over the search result image thumbnails.

2. Users should be able to edit their profile from their profile. In other words, rather than having to go to their edit profile page, if the user is logged in and at their own profile (if their session id matches the profile owner’s member id) their profile text fields such as their ABOUT ME section, etc. should be editable by simply clicking on the text. The options should be SAVE and CANCEL to discard changes.

3. Use AJAX to allow for updating of the user’s status without leaving their profile.

Ultimately since I am a relatively experienced self taught php developer you will create the code to do the job in one place and I will use the same code throughout the site, thus saving you time, and saving me money. Please help me with the 3 things I mentioned above.

We are web site owners for a list builder and we have implemented a number of DHTML/Javascript functions such as:

- Layer popup
- Navigation menu
- Top of web page hideable message layer (like Sitepoint.com has)

The first two we have existing ones for but they don’t work well across all browsers and resolutions and the design needs to be spruced up.

For the hideable message layer we don’t have this feature currently
