Web Development Assistant

Seeking qualified web devlopers experienced with Javascript, PHP, SQL, Ajax, and XML.

Must be available during US hours and be able to maintain communications with me as we work together on the project via AIM or Yahoo messenger.

Assistant will be compensated based on performance on an hourly or project basis depending on the task at hand.
