Php Pro Who Is Familiar With Trellis Desk

1. Takes a request from a customer, and tracks it.
2. Hands off the request to a worker (a virtual assistant).

Setup an open source help desk system (you recommend the platform – prefer php/mysql based).

It must support:
Help desk ticket entry through web forms, through email, and via phone (data entry)
Admin, service tech, and customer secure access
Ticket routing & escalation
Login to service area by customers
Ability for customer to see ticket, upload files related to ticket, and download files related to ticket
Forgot password option

Ability to send tickets automatically to a work queue

We will also need the system to support multiple ticket types with a custom web for for each type (up to 10 different forms).

Each web form will ask different questions of the submitter. The submitter may also attach files. Once the web for is submitted, a ticket is entered contain the form data and attachments. The user is also notified via email of the results.

We would like the submission thank you page to be specific per web for too, since they have to now pay for their support request.

Customization: once the user pays for the support request via paypal, google checkout, 2checkout, or authorize.net the ticket needs to be marked as PAID. We need help figuring out how to do this – and the best payment method.

Desk Top Order Form

I need a desktop program / script that will create an order form that can be filled out by a sales rep and then saved and printed. The form will contain the usual personal/contact information plus it needs to contain the product models (drop downs) and drop down fields containing the options available for each model.
The sales rep should be able to select a specific model and only the options for that model show on the form at that time.
As the options are selected then they are shown on the form and a running total is shown on the page.
I’d like this form created so I can add more models and more options easily.
After the form is completed then it should be able to be saved so it can be modified at a later date without filling out all the personal information again.
When printed the form should be professional looking with company logo and contact information at the top.
I may need an online version of this form at some point in the future.

I’m trying to find a way to offer 24/7 support to my Joomla clients. At this time we only have about 20 clients and my current staff can not be available 24/7. I am looking for a few developers or a company that is available to offer such support and only charge me for the hours they spend with my clients. At this time it may only be a few hours each week but we are growing and it soon may be a lot more. Does anyone offer this type of service?

Kayako Support Desk Email Issu

Our Kayako support desk is not currently sending email replies to tickets WHEN WE REPLY VIA EMAIL (email parsing). The user gets the automatically generated reply when they submit a ticket and then will not get a reply unless we log in and post it.

Ideally we’d like to be able to reply via email however it seems that this feature is no longer working for us (it used to work perfectly)

This should be a VERY simple job for someone experienced in setting up Kayako.

Looking to create a blog and information site for college students. I need a few things:

1. C Panel: I am not sure whether to use WordPress.org or Joomla for the site. I have tested Joomla before but was confused by the way the pages are structured. I cannot code HTML well so I need to be able to create pages with a back-end admin tool. I need advice on whether to use WordPress or Joomla.

2. Content: The website design will include a blog, information pages, and a simple form.

3. Website Design: Top of page should resemble a collage of a silhouette of a building steeple (college building), a messy desk, and a silhouette of a teacher and blackboard. For an example of the idea, see these two links:

I have about 15 excel files I use every week for the delivery runs, they have locations and delivery amounts for each week for each drivers about 12 drivers, every week I have to print new forms for them with new amounts. Every week I need to change several locations (add/delete)and some of the delivery numbers.
Each week I have to record what they actually delivered and what they picked up as returns. I have to run reports on products they delivered and locations by products and amount they brought back. I need ms access database on desktop, I need a secure web side for marketing to access and run about 16 different reports on locations, on drivers and products. I need to be able to print their new run lists without entering all their information every week. I am doing this to make my life easier, right now I just change the dates and make few changes push print for new run sheets. I add their returns to old sheet and linked to the excel file for the reports. Running reports for each products takes me the longest by zip or by product. I explain all this ahead of time, this way I do not waste my time explaining later on. please make sure you understand the concept before you bid.

I want help desk software with tickets and knowledge base. Admin and option to add support operators. Admin can select whether registered users will have free support with period of time; or paid support using PayPal payment link. Admin will be able to select payment option from days, weeks, months or year. Free period in days, weeks, months or year. Admin will be able to set $fee based on time period.

When time period expires, email will be sent to user notifying him of payment needed to continue support.

Operator will indicate time used. Time used and unused support displays on interface for admin, operator and user. Whether free or paid, time for support is calculated based on operator timecard.

Admin can setup categories and assign support operators to one or more categories. Standard notifications via email.

POP email import feature. Export name and email feature.

Option to write automatic test messages for new registrant.

Option to draw from Knowledge base based on subject/keywords in ticket.

When users register, user selects product or category that the support is requested for. Based on selection, a free period or paid period will be visible. User can rate tickets upon completion.

Tickets will be store for X number of days. Flood protection included, ban by IP, User name or domain.

A clean design. Simple with the option for admin to modify CSS, head and footer.

PHP and mySQL. Possibly Javascript or Ajax. Must include installation wizard.

Common sense features most help desks have.

I am on a tight budget and ask for low price on this first of 3 projects.
