What i want will require WAY less features.

1. I want the output to be in jpeg form
2. When user creates a new file he/she states the width they want it to be and background color.
3. i dont’ need all those objects all i need to be able to drag and drop is images and insert text like they have.
4. It has the two window one has the preview the other to grab images to place on the preivew where he/she wants.

We are currently developing a new windows software and we need a graphics expert to design a 16X16 taskbar icon for the software. We already have the main software icon. The taskbar icons will be used for knowing the status of the program. These will be GREEN, Light RED and Dark RED.

I need a software like this: http://www.trendyflash.com/ Take a look of their demo, download a free trial and check out the software.I need a software similar like that (do not copy them, I just give you an idea how I want my software look like)…We need to build our own software with our own designs, nice flash intros…similar to their funtionality but of our own design, we may add more features to make it look nicer….The software has to be a
quality product, high quality flash and design. I’m not looking for
cheap software because I can find many out there for a few dollars.
The quality of the flash has to be atleast the same as their quality, do not bid if you can’t get to that standard or have no
experience in this field.
If you show me you can do what I need, we can make many more projects
