I am in need for a good graphics and CSS designer for a new website.

There are no logo ideas yet. But the layout will be simple, logo should be fresh and easy to remember. Will only need

- A vectorized logo
- a basic HTML layout (has to look good, of course ))
- the CSS for the layout (only main layout)

I will do the finetuning myself later. Just need a basic layout and a logo. All should, of course, look great.

I need a look and feel design for a foreclosure posting company from logo upgrade to “Web 2.0″ to site styling including 2-3 page type layouts.

The major families of layouts necessary are:
1.) Data-entry form
2.) Main site page including login area
3.) Reports presentation

The styling should be done entirely with CSS 2.0 and the file must be clearly coded and commented since these layouts will be used in our application developer’s work flow.

Please note, you will be responsible for the graphics as well. If you are the selected designer, there may be further work as the final client this project is for may request adjustments in the presentation of this project.

We’re beginning our fall projects and first up is a design change to one of our internal sites. This job will include five (5) separate and distinctive designs! Attached is a more detailed spec in PDF format that will give you a good foundation for how this job will work. It’s going to be CSS intensive, so if that’s not your strong suite, this one may not be right for you. You can bid on a single design, all of them, or any combination.

You will show your work on your server while the project is in transition and payment will be released from escrow when working files, to spec, are delivered. As always, ask if you have questions and we’ll try and respond as quickly as possible. We’re in the Mountain time zone and work S-F standard business hours, so keep that in mind when expecting response =).

Need 4 websites designed. Want each to be unique designs. Simple basic layout is fine. 6 pages each. SEO friendly HTML a must. W3 complaint, no errors. No flash. Must be very appealing (visually) to the user. Send portfolio details. We be choosing designer with the best portfolio, not the largest. We will write and insert our own content. Leave headers blank ect. We just want the layout and look.

and modify it so it will give the site a different look and feel (i.e. colour changes etc..). Once you
