We need to have the fields added to the forms attached that will allow a user to fill in the fields and also check the correct boxes. The forms need to be filled completely and the form fields created need to match the forms accurately. We tried to use the Acrobat automated process and it didn’t create the fields accurately.

I have a new Windows 2008 Standard server and all email send from it is rejected from aol and yahoo, it will deliver to hotmail and gmail spam folders though, but it should inbox all ISPs.

1) All the settings in a config file (app id, app secret, urls, etc)

3) On first visit to the page the user is shown one version of a page which is all they can see until they click “like”. This page should be easily editable so I suggest an included html file.

4) When they’ve clicked “like” they see an alternate version which includes an image they can click on. Again this would be an included file which could be easily edited.

5) When they click on the image, if they have not previously approved the app they are asked to grant email permissions, an email is sent to the email specified in the config file from their email address using php mail. The subject line and body text of this email should also be configured from the config.php file.

6) They now see the 3rd version of the page which contains an embedded video or a download link. Again this should come from an included file so it can be easily modified.

7) On the last version of the page there should also appear an invite button which opens a multi-invite screen so they can ask their friends to come check out the page and maybe a wallpost/share button so they can post on their wall about the page.

I would need the code to be supplied unencrypted and I would need full rights to do with the code what I wanted, use it myself, give it to others, sell it to customers, etc. It should be written in php using the latest 3.01 SDK and not use any methods that are due to be depreciated.
