Get a Freelance Job

I want to move all my sites to a FAST Hosting Solution.
(I use Firebug in Firefox to analysis connection and server response times)

I am Considering:
-Amazon S2 (very interesting – Cloud servers, only pay for bandwidth you use. Hard to set up correctly, as content and site are separate: Amazon S3 and Amazon S2. I think some people use Ruby on Rails RoR – yet its known to have scalability problems (Twitter outage))
-SingleHop (dedicated servers part of JustHosting.com – VERY highly rated by many groups on Internet. Firebug shows Queuing problems in all their testimony sites.)
-Codero (Site I found. I like way you can upgrade your server with them – add Ram, Raid, HDs, etc)
-My own Server!! (Buy Dell, and Serve from my Home)

I need expert on Servers to Guide Me in both making a wise choice.
Then Expert to help me set up Server.

I need someone that knows how to set up dedicated servers running Cpanel/WHM. Both servers have been delivered one with OLM and the other with The Planet. I need this person to set up the nameservers for each server and make sure everything is set up to add accounts successfully. Each account as 5 IP’s assigned to it. I am used to reseller WHM not root and this is over my head. I would like the winning programmer to be able to communicate with me via Windows Messenger. Easy job for someone that knows what they are doing. Additional server setups will be needed. If you do a good job we will use you exclusively.

Looking to get these set up asap so if you hit the budget and your feedback is good the job will be yours.
