Tweet Deck – Clone

January 25th, 2012 Comments off

I am looking for a programmer/developer/company to create a Tweet Deck type clone.

My partner and I are currently looking to outsource the development of our project. We are looking to build an application similar to that of Tweet Deck (http://www.tweetdeck.com). Tweet Deck is an application that lets you manage several different Twitter/Facebook accounts from one location. Obviously, we will not put our idea on an open forum but, if you can develop a site similar to that, you can surely impl…

Classified Ad Master

October 1st, 2011 Comments off

Hello,

I want a simple program that creates classified ads for people who want to sell a car or anything else.

It would be nice to have popular products such as cars, trucks, motorcycles, 4-wheelers, appliances, houses, lawn & garden, pets, electronics, miscellaneous, personals, etc. so it will make creating an ad for a particular item even faster.

This way it will only include details that are important for people looking for that item.

The program will have a list of items that describe what is for sale and after filling in the appropriate boxes it will create an ad that is ready to be placed in classified ads.

It must be able to copy and paste or save the ad when finished.

I want a desktop application that will have all classified ad categories that will let me check each option that applies to my car, or whatever I’m selling.

I can add additional info in case it isn’t included in the options available.

Let’s say I want to sell a washing machine.

I open up the ad creator and click on appliances. Then I click on washing machine. a window opens up with spaces that allow me to insert the:

Name (Maytag, whirlpool, etc.) -

Model-

Age -

Color -

Width and Height -

Washer and Dryer Combo -

Condition – Good, New, Excellent, Needs Repair

Price -

City -

Phone -

Category – Appliances

If I’m wanting to sell my used riding mower I should have standard options that I can check to create my ad fast.

Such as:

Year

Make

Electric

Rechargeable Cordless Push Mower

Model (Riding Mower, Push Mower)

Engine Size (HP – Horse Power)

Specific Details – Self propelled – New Drive Belt – New Deck belt – New parts – Just serviced – easy start – Electric start – Hydrostat drive – 6 speed – Cruise control – Easy lift deck – New deck bearings – New battery – New tires – New Engine – Just serviced – Easy change deck belt -

Other -

Condition – Needs repair – good – Very good – Excellent condition

Price -

Phone number -

City -

Category – Place ad in correct category of the classified ads. – Lawn and Garden

Above is an example of what I would like for each product in each category of the classified ads.

I would like the main options of popular items that people have for sale to be listed for each product.

After they check the options and fill in the necessary fields I want them to be able to copy or save the ad to there desktop so they will have the ad handy for placing on a classified ad site.

Let me know if you understand what I’m wanting and if you can do this.

Basically I’ll need all categories that are found in classified ads such as craigslist.org and popular items that are found in each category.

Drag And Drop Script.

August 8th, 2009 Comments off

I need a drag and drop script for my mySql database card collection/images.
I want to allow my web users accounts the ability to scroll through my database collection of cards/images and then have the option to drag and drop items onto the stage into three separate containers with some limitations on how many of one item can be placed into each container and restrictions on others.
What I am attempting to do is allow my members the ability to build virtual card decks with my database of cards.
I will need to split the stage into five sections, one section having the ability to search through the database by card name and then displaying the card image (thumbnail) that can be dragged onto the main deck section. This would be displayed on the right side of stage.
The second section displaying a larger image of the card, its card text and attributes would be displayed on the left side of stage and would only show up when your mouse is hovered over the thumbnail image on the right side that I mentioned above.
The deck building section will be located between the search/thumbnail and the lager image making the main deck section located right dab in the middle of the two.
The main deck containers will need to be split into three sections. One section is to hold the main deck with no more than 80 Main deck entries (Upper middle of stage). Second section is to hold the extra deck of no more then 30 Extra deck entries. I would like to make this a tab so the members could hit the tab flipping between the main deck and the extra deck. The third section is to hold no more than 15 Side deck entries (Lower part of middle stage)

Now for some must haves:
I need to make sure to place some restrictions on how many of one card can be placed into the deck at one time and the ability to change this from time to time. Also there are only certain cards that can be allowed to be placed into the 30 Extra deck entries.
I also need to make this a user feature for my website. I have a forum database of users/users groups and I want to give them the option to save their decks to their user accounts with limits to how many decks they can save based on my user group levels.
I also would like to have an option that will allow the member to click on a button somewhere on the stage that will pop-up a window and display their deck build in text format by its card name and listing them in order by card type, listing the main deck first, then the extra deck and finally the side deck.

Please do not over bid my project.
Please do not bid on my project and then ask for more money afterwards.
Please provide me your time frame for completion.

Black Jack C++ Help

Background

For this assignment, you complete a program to play the game of “Twenty-one” (also called “Blackjack”).

The general idea of Twenty-one is as follows. There are two players, the customer and the dealer. The dealer deals a card face down to the customer, then a card face up to herself (the up-card), then another card to the customer and another card to herself, both face down. In most cases, the customer may then ask for more cards, one at a time. The dealer does the same, and the hand is resolved. The object of the game is to be dealt a set of cards whose total value is as close to 21 as possible without going over.

Cards are dealt from a deck of 52. There are four cards in the deck with value 2, four with value 3, and so on up to value 9; there are sixteen cards with value 10 (four 10′s and twelve face cards: four jacks, four queens, and four kings); and there are four cards (“aces”) whose value may be either 1 or 11 depending on the value of a player’s remaining cards. For both players, an ace counts 11 unless the hand total is more than 21, in which case it counts 1.

For our purposes, the actual play of the game proceeds as follows. Each player receives two cards as described above. If the dealer’s cards total 21
