Get a Freelance Job

Hi, I need a database set up for my auction website. I am completely new to databases and don’t know the first thing about them. All I know is that I need it to be able to manage incoming data such as listing info, user info, etc.

I don’t want the data extracted but want this same thing setup on my website and we will start fresh. Basically if you look on the database option it allows members to search by state, city, or keyword. So my database will need to search by this query. Then when they search it shows the speed traps that were submitted by members, has the google api key next to it showing a map where location is, also has a comment field allowing members to chat about that speed trap. I want this same setup installed on my website. Also you will need to create a form that will allow members to fill out this information so it gets uploaded into the database.

1) Help create a database for contacts & email newsletter + provide a way to un-subscribe.

2) A form the visitors fill out needs to send fields directly to a mail account without calling users email prog., plus log the visitors contact info into the database.

Attach up to four jpg’s (required) Limit type of file and size.
Subscribe to site updates check box (checked by default)

Limit the number of times a visitor may submit per time frame by comparing visitor log possibly.
Does form need a random code generator with an input verification box?

Would like to feed data from forms on other areas, like sweepstakes, contests and ecommerce eventually.

May need more or less fields depending on input from programmer..

I need a database setup on my server right now, you must have msn or yahoo to talk to. I need this done now. I need all the files linked to the database and working correctly.
