We were still in process of customizing our original site, so there are more features and layouts to add than what is already existing, but as a first step we want to quickly transfer our product database and get the graphics and layout the way we have them now.

I need somebody experienced with vBulletin and Google Maps API to write a custom mod compatible with vBulletin 3.8.x that will:
1) add custom fields to the new/edit thread posting form.
2) take input (a Google Maps url) from one of these custom fields and grab (grep? regex?) certain elements (coordinates) to be made available as variables which are saved to the vBulletin database and displayed in the first post of a new thread
3) use the same variables to get geocode information from Google and save fields from the Google Maps API JSON results (or XML results if you prefer) to the database and made available to be displayed in the first post. I think a separate db table for the data from item #1 and the returned JSON fields are ideal but am open to alternate suggestions.
Requirements
- Some fields will be required and some will not. Failing to submit appropriate data in a required field returns error indicating the problem.
- input of Google Maps url in one custom field is verified to be a Google url (including various international domains)
- All data submitted through custom fields are run through vBulletin’s form/input cleaning as well as protections from SQl injections, CSRF, other common attacks and clean out any submitted HTML
- Edit of thread posts containing url and other information from the custom fields will automatically display what is currently saved to the database and allow for edit/replacement according to vbulletin permissions regarding editing privileges. Change to Google Maps url in custom field will initiate reprocessing of grep/regex and related variables/data replaced in database (it would be a nice extra to have it prompt before replacing this data)
-Not all forums/new threads will use the custom fields. Make sure there are no errors if no data is submitted in the custom fields (these fields will likely not be shown in certain areas of the site).
-I have no problem with using an existing vBulletin hack such as http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=128587 as long as it is fixed to work with v3.8. I am also open to other vB hacks you may know that may make coding easier.
At the end of the project I expect the mod and all the changes with documentation (full install instructions) to be zipped and sent to me.

If somebody goes to edit the post the custom fields and default thread fields will be visible and contain the information from the database. Changes to the post will result in the Google Map API information to be updated and saved back to the database.

We are looking for a plugin to manage artist, album, tour dates, and media files, accessed from the wordpress admin.
The plugin should have a master Artist database with information such as the artist name, web site, etc.
An album database should reference the Artist database for the artist’s name, and add album information, release date, local url reference to album artwork (download to server from amazon api preferred, but not required), etc.
A tour date database, referencing the artist database, and include tour date, location, name of tour, support acts (also referencing the artist database), and other user input text information.
A media database, referencing the artist database, and include upload of media file (audio or video), and include media title, description and other user input text information.
All information should have functions created that is accessible from wordpress template to display:
All albums from artist
A specific album
Tour date from artist
All of a specific media type from artist
A specific media audio or video
Synopsis
Client Registers once (Details Required: Full Name Name, Their Group or Club name, Email, Country, Their Grade, Style of Martial Art)
Their details are registered within its own online database and a unique ID number (Counter) is allocated to each registered user. It also creates their own page titled by the group or club name they entered. On this page also gives a grade search (requiring name and the name of their instructor. The results are displayed in name, instructor and country.
They recieve email confirmation of username & password stating they can now register their grades internationally with this organisation. With a link to login and via their unique page & ID Number.
The registered person can now register/amend their students (candidate) and their grades.
Candidates Name – Date of Grade Test – Belt Colour – Grade Name
This info is stored on the database and can be overlayed on a choice of blank certificate backgrounds A3 and A4 that can be printed out on their own PC’s printer.
We would upload the certificate backgrounds and continue to expand the range over time. We would also have access to database and have a central search or check page for everyone who was registered via the website.
It would be free and we would be able to disable registered people if they abused the system and add our adverts to all registered pages.

The jotform we use can be changed or modified internally but we need to post all this info into our server database and add a unique customer registration number in the format AAnnnnnnn (where AA is the 2-letter country code related to the customer country, and the nnnnn is a incremental or unique random 5-digit number)
Our webform sends an automated reply via email to the customer, so this reply should also include that additionnal customer reference that was generated after the submission.
Obviously, website owner need to be able to enter this database and change/add information fields, while customers should also be able to enter this database and also change some fields.
