Customize Vbulletin Skin

Hello,

I have a vBulletin skin that I want someone to fully customize for me.
The skin must gonna look like a HipHop/Urban/Music/Gangsta type of design. With cars, dollar signs, dices, jewelry and whatnot!

I need it customized for our colour scheme which is black and dark grey.
