Customize template and module of a template of prestashop

Hello,

I have a website that is complete and running.

I need someone to customize the colors on the site. I have all image files but need someone to change the colors on each.

Ideally, the designer will create a master PSD file (sliced) that can be modified again at a later date.

We bought a skin for VBulletin and would like to have it customized so that it is unique, flowing, attractive and easy to follow.

This should be a pretty easy project for anyone who knows VBulletin.

I am looking for a programmer who can customize a sport template. If you can make a design like the template than it is possible that you can create a basic site instead.
This site will inform visitors about competitions. RSS feeds will be needed to keep the site updated.

I am looking for someone to clone the following template

small customizations , the only big one is to add a subscribe button
where users can enter their details to subscribe , and that information
is kept in a back end admin panel where i can view it.

I will purchase template from Template Monster or Dreamtemplates or similar. You will change photos, text (provided by me), color (prefer white background) etc. Photos include Flash. Also will want secondary pages to be without banner or with reduced banner size. Eight pages including contact page (script needed) and Useful Links page (opening to new window). A couple of jumps between pages in site. Needed quickly. Must be professional quality work. Please provide examples of work to be considered, with URLs.
