I am a graphic designer and I need my flash template which I have already purchased to be customized. I am looking to set up a gallery portfolio website to showcase my work. I have sketched how I want the site to look and all the changes I need in both illustrator and photoshop. Therefore you will see exactly what I want modified and I need this to be done in a timely manner. I am not a web designer so I do not know how long it will take to make the changes but I need a reasonable timeframe. The changes include color scheme, different background, and things such as buttons moved slightly to for a better composition for viewing.

1)On the template you will see 5 vertical lines for menu links. I would like two additional vertical lines to be inserted for 2 additional menu links.
2) On the top bar where Business Co. is written, I want to put this spinning globe (which also I have purchased)

3)On the bottom bar there will be 4 links.
4) Top and bottom same on all pages.
5) No music.
