Job Description:
The task of the Customer Service Manager is to process payments between our partners’ clients and our company, in particular, to manage cash and balance receipts, to follow up on accounts, etc. As well as reception, assortment and dispatching of different types of correspondence. The job is related to remote Internet operations. Each payment order will be accompanied with detailed instructions.
General requirements:
We are company providing web based customer service, looking for marketing agents who can find companies who needs email based customer service.
Agents will be acting as a account manager for the client with us and will get the paid until our company is providing service to there clients. There will no fixed pay it will be on percentage (%) towards agent’s service depending on the budget is fixed with any company.
We provide service in EST timings and in GMT timings. Mostly suitable for clients from USA and UK.
At present our priority is for USA / UK clients. For other regions, we can look if its suitable to provide services.

As Customer Service Manager, you will manage the payment processing department from your home. Your responsibilities will consist of fulfilling the following tasks:
- Receive transfers from our customers to your PayPal account

You will need to have extensive knowledge in our product which will require you to read the web site, the FAQ, the Guides, Training Manuals and Training Videos. There will be of course questions you will not know the answer too, which we will assist you with. This is will be a learning curve, however, you will be required to do 95% of it yourself.
EXPERIENCE in customer service is required. Perfect English is required. You will be answering an average of 100 emails. (depending on demand). This is a long term position.
You will handle pre sale queries, general queries and technical queries for now. As you become more familar you can handle additional departments.

Hi,I do want to have a chat banner/Icon on my website,when visitors visits the site, either the visitor clicks on the banner and get help via chatting with customer service or customer service activates a chat window on the visitor`s browser and ask if they need help.Both will be prefered.

When customer service is available, it is switched online, when not;then is offline. In my case the text on the banner has to be English and German.
