Get a Freelance Job

I am looking for a Virtuemart 1.1 solution which will accomplish two things:

1. Display products/items as a flat list table, with columns based on attributes (ideally using product type attribute values)

2. Use only one

Problem:
My client has multiple physical store locations but no warehouse. They want the closest store to be notified when an order is placed.

Solution:
I need a custom virtuemart plugin that will allow an order notification email to be sent to a specific email address depending on the customers shipping address.

I would prefer for this to be a plugin that would allow me to add in the email addresses from the admin. It also needs to be a plugin so that the client can still update vmart without breaking the code.

I need a professional programmer/scripter to modify or create an additional email sent by virtuemart to the store administrator for offline processing.

1. I want all images, links, titles, categories and formatting removed
2. I simply want the email to have only the order values ($name $product_num, etc) all on the same line. All capital letters for alpha-numeric values (see example).

Fields such as the firstname and lastname have a predefined number of spaces allocated so the remaining empty spaces in some instances will need to be space or zero filled.
3. The email address of the buyer needs to go on the next line with similar formatting (see example).
4. Each line needs to have a line (sequence) number (1,2,3…)
5. Clean, bug-free code, well commented and a list of modified files.

I can provide a test server (shared virtual hosting) with joomla and template installed. I can provide an example of the email output needed along with the exact format for spacing and zero-fill between values.

I am running Joomla 1.5.7 and Virtuemart 1.1.3 and I need a mod to allow customers to be able to login and make a deposit on a product and come back later to make another payment and or pay the full balance off. Basically a layaway program. It needs to show their balance when they login to the site. There also needs to be a deadline to pay the balance off in full.

I need to keep it simple and low cost.
