I need a custom real estate template-nothing from a template site or that you’ve already sold. It has to be unique. It needs to only be one page.
A mockup is requested and mandatory. The bidder with the best design will win. I may request additional changes to the mockup and will pay for those changes, depending on how small they are, so you need to make sure that you will be available for the next 18 hours to make changes to the template.
100% escrow provided if you request it in your bid. I won’t consider any bid without a mockup. Do not overbid. $40 is the budget and we won’t go over it.
