Description: We hold many events (conferences, meetings, golf tournaments) each year. We need a customized online program that we can use to handle participants, collect money, and general organization of the events.
Features:
1) Administrative Interface which allows us to a) add events (event title, location, description, costs, etc), b) allows us to make notes to each other about organizing the events, c) lists registered participants.
2) An built-in email system that allows us to communicate with registered participants in each event.
3) User interface that allows participants to register for events.
I have a membership site based on amember/wordpress. I would like to import a list of new members to the site, including their credit card numbers so that they will be automatically billed as if they had entered the info manually. That is, they should be billed both the trial amount and set up to be charged the recurring amount on a recurring basis (as defined in the product).
I currently use Payflow pro, so amember stores credit card info for members and processes it directly with them.
Please only bid on this project if you have experience with amember.
