WP are one plugin to be work “more fast” but that plugin have killed the PageRank to 0..

My company needs a PHP/SQL based content management system which aggregates content from blogs, video sites, directories, etc. The website will display RSS feeds, and content from other websites, and will collect links.

Im in need of a site coded with HTML/CSS. Site has six- eight pages. I need a custom cms with a customer login where they can view progress on their site along with them being able to upload their own content, add comments, and also allow me to give status updates on the project to the client. The site is very basic but the main concern is the custom cms and backend for the client.

The client login is for clients to login to be able to check the status of the project i am working on, post feedback, upload images or files such as a logo, and also a place where I may also reply and upload files for them to view. We have a list of 9400 cities with the city, state, state acronym list. This list will need to be integrated.

Front End Requirements:

1) Site will be similar to above site without the category functionality.
2) URLs will have to be SEO friendly (homepage.com/state/city/inner page)
3) It will have to be adsense optimized
4) The cities must support multiple pages with dynamic menus. These menus will be templated and managed through the backend.
5) All information (logo, text box, blog info) must be managed through the backend and be entirely text based.
6) The city pages will all be templated. For example, if the city page topic were jewelry stores, I would need to make one page in the backend and all cities would have the jewelry store page in exactly the same spot. This feature must CREATE the pages. This feature will also be needed to mass edit and delete the pages. I will still need to edit the pages individually.
7) All pages must be W3 validated with no errors.
The city pages must have 2 templates: 1) customary directory (with text below listings two levels of listing) and 2) an ad boxed text based page setting (where at the bottom there are text boxes which act as referral boxes)

These will be edited through the backend.

Back End Requirements:

1) All data must be organized for fast navigation
2) Everything must support spinner syntax (www.jetspinner.com)
3) Each city, state, and the entire site must have RSS feeds. There must be a feature to export all RSS feeds with the information broken into entire then state, then cities.
4) Cities, state, and the entire site must produce reports which display number of views and clicks on ads.
5) The pages must support the following php values: $state, $city, $st. These will be used to give values which are dependent on the location
6) I must be able to choose the number of ad boxes per city, and once all ads are filled the city will automatically conver to the “filled” category. The filled and unfilled categories can be browsed in the backend. Members cannot purchased ads on filled cities
7) If a city is filled and an advertiser wants to place an ad on that city, they will have to enter their email so they can be notified if their city opens up.
there will need to be multiple price levels. For example, we will need to be able to assign a value ($15) to one set of cities and another ($10) to another. If the typical directory listing is used these price categories will apply to all cities and will allow users to select a platinum level or gold level membership.
9) Must be able to export the URLs in various ways. More information will be given upon project acceptance.

Membership Requirements:

1) Payments must be processed through Google Checkout or Paypal
2) Members must be able to select multiple cities to purchase
3) Once subscribed, Members will need to be able to input their information for the listing in their ad box
4) They must be charged monthly
5) Each month they will be sent traffic and clicks from the site and their cities as a whole

We will need to be able to backup the entire site with one click and completely move it to another domain and URL. The entire site must be secure.

If you can DESIGN something very similar to either way. I prefer Liferay’s CMS Portal, which is very robust, has a work flow engine, has root access and many other features. I need it done in 1-2 month time period. If you believe that you have the necessary skills to do this let me know. HERE IS the big part, I have a current website and would be TRANSFERRING over the content, forms, etc to this CMS.

Im looking to get a basic custom CMS made up, I want it to work similar to wordpress but obviously not as many features as what they have. Here are some of the requirements that are a must.

1: Must be able to add/edit/delete posts/pages/categories from the admin area (wysigyg) editor?

1a: must be able to edit/add/delete navigation links from the admin area

2: must be able to change the templates easily, similar to word press, upload and activate. Or made very easy to integrate the template into the script.

3: must include install files so that we can upload and install the cms for clients, and create usernames for them to access the CMS admin area.

4: there will be several things that will display on the home page ( i will include a template that shows when you first install the cms.) We will be building custom templates around the CMS later.

The project is for a shopping area (multiple stores) in a city that have formed an association. They want a site for the shopping area that would allow each store to have its own page along with a main site that lists all of the stores in a directory by store type(category). In turn each store needs its own login with an admin area. The store page would have a set layout with only certain areas of the page that could be altered. Below are a few specs for the project.

The site would need three login types – admin who has access to alter both the main site and store sites, site manager that can only access the main site and a shop manager which is an individual account for each shop allowing them to only access their page.
