Looking for experienced professional to build out a ringtone/wallpapers mobile application that can be incorporated into a website.
This application must be fully functional where customers can buy ringtones and wallpapers from the site using a CC or sending charges to there mobile carrier and then that content is streamed to the persons mobile phone.
This application has to verify user compatibility with cell phone manufacturer and carriers.

Also needed is a wap application for this same site performing same exact function but being able to send charges to there mobile carrier and then streaming the content to mobile phone.
