Simple Windows Application

September 24th, 2009 Comments off

Please see attached picture for software layout.

Software is called Desktop TrendLine Drawer.

It allows the user to draw straight lines on the screen with their mouse like you can in Paint, anywhere on the screen and on top of any applications running.

The line should be perfectly straight when drawn diagonally.

When a line is drawn, it can be re-selected, moved, lengthened or shortened, deleted etc

The picture attached shows the features:

Colour
Weight of Line
Preview of Line
& 4 shortcuts:
Ctrl A: Trendlines always on top
Ctrl Z: Trendline not on top
Ctrl S: Delete selected trendline
Ctrl D: Delete all trendlines

If the application is closed, the all straight lines are deleted.

If the app is minimized, you can still draw lines.

Please create a demo/trial FULL version..the best software will win, i will pay you and you send me the full version.

Thanks.

Hotkeys Cut/paste

July 22nd, 2009 Comments off

i need a simple programm that will allow me to assign certain paste commands to the function keys

it needs to do nothing other than this

1) when i hit f1 (or f1 through f12) then the text that i have entered is pasted into the active text box

2) i can have different text assigned to each function key

3) i can have different text assigned to any combination keystroke (like ALT/CTRL/SHFT + T or ALT/CTRL/SHFT + F4 or ALT/CTRL/SHFT + N)

4) i can assign unlimited right mouse cut/paste… meaning i right click on some highlighted text and then i get an extra option in the standard windows(windows xp/vist/mac) that will allow me to assign the text to a new (automatically added) right mouse cut/paste macro, then this newly assinged text can be pasted by using the right mouse click again (or left mouse if the mouse is set for a left-handed person.) let me know if you have questions about this.

or if you know some free software that already does exactly this (not some other stuff) then let me know

Application Development In C++

June 19th, 2009 Comments off

Read the description fully.Otherwise please dont bother bidding.
This is the complete description of what i need.
Please let me know if you are able write such a program.

1. The programming is done in C++ using OOP (that is classes and objects) and does not have any dependency such as .Net.
2. Run on Windows XP, Vista and 7.
3. The program is a systray application. When you double-click its icon in systray, it will show a “User Preference” window with many tabs, one tab for one category of user preferences.
4. Each tab shows many options for user to check or uncheck.
5. An OK and Cancel Button
6. The program has a file to keep track of all user options, which it loads on start.

All functions can be set by the user in the “User Preference” window. Overall the program does this:

When user press a hotkey (for example Ctrl+1) and/or clicking on a specified location, or type a string of characters (for example ‘addr’), the following actions can be done:

1. Programs / files / folders are opened.
For example: Pressing Ctrl+1, windows open a browser window to www.yahoo.com, an mp3 file and My Documents folder.
2. Windows set focus on any opened window in a user specified list (rotation).
3. Keyboard events are sent to the active window
For example: after typing ‘addr’, ‘addr’ will transform to the address (a block of words) of the user
4. Read any text in a window / dialog / form, and save the information into clipboard or a log file
For example: when I press Ctrl and click on a window, the full path of the windows is saved into clipboard.
5. The reverse of above.
For example: when I press Ctrl and click on a window, the address of the windows is changed to whatever is inside the clipboard.
6. Files / Folders can be moved, deleted, created or renamed.

Give me the maximum time duration you need to complete the work with a reasonable bid amount.
If everything goes fine the selected provider will have lots of future projects.
Happy bidding..

Fn Key Swap With Ctrl Key

March 26th, 2009 No comments

I own a 2009 MacBook Pro laptop with Windows Vista installed using Apple’s Bootcamp feature.

I searched all over Google and no one has a program to swap the fn key with ctrl key.

I need the fn key to be remapped as the ctrl key and visa versa. Can anyone do this?
