I need an HTML conversion of 6 psd.

1. HTML standards
- all style information in a seperate stylesheet ( css file ).
- alts for images
- all images
- Include :hover pseudo-class in all images and text.
2. Full compatible with the following browsers:
IE 7 , IE 8 , Firefox 2.*, Firefox 3.*, safari, Opera and Chrome.
3.W3C validated.
All the pages will be thoroughly tested before releasing the escrow – as stated on the project they MUST be flawless under all the browsers.
