Basically I have a PSD template I want to complete and turn into a Html & Css template however, I need someone who will work with me over teamviewer. And do it step by step with me. I will pay you around $50 dollars once it’s done.
I need a PSD converted into XHTML/CSS with div’s. A screenshot link is below. This needs to be completed withing 48 hours. A portion of it is already done although you may want to re-do it.
If it goes well expect much more continued work. The faster you can get it done the more work I have for you.

I need a PSD sliced and coded in XHTML/CSS layout.
1. Menu must have rollover effect.
2. Menu must have drop down menu.
3. Menu must be coded in UL LI lists and text based.
