Hi, i use a simple machines forum to send newsletters to my forum users.

Normally the newsletters are pure html with some css, i edit it in dreamweaver, but it can be an hassle, with the borders and all the editing necessary, and when i need a new newsletter to change an image i need to edit the link in the code, and to edit text i need to edit in the code also, but worse than that is that only an user with html experience can edit it, limiting my staff.

I need you to create an online application that could generate the code of the newsletter and that would be acessible to a normal user without html experience.

The application can be writed in ruby on rails, html (or other language that can create an simple interface), the idea is to be able to have pre-formatted templates (i’ll show you mine it’s ALWAYS the same, the programmer should pre-format that) fonts and positions (newsletter section headers, dividers etc.) so i just need to write plain text, and be able to upload images directly to positions, all kind of an backoffice.

And needs to be very simple and don’t go to email spam filters.

The only thing that change from newsletter to newsletter in the number of blocks, text and images, everything else the sections and borders are always the same.

What I need is a redesign + coding for a product selling site. I have all the material in a zip file + screenshots of the old site. The site should have a similar look and feel like www.hotel-oxford.ro but with the colors given. What is really important that the site is nice designed because the site is about a product that needs to be sold.

I have a requirement for a new website. The site is for an Events company. It will promote sport events. The events will be added by my client via a CMS. People will browse the site for event, view details of the events and book / pay for events.

They will then take part in the events. They will be given a unique number. Their times will be logged at the event and then uploaded to the website where they can view the results. They will also be able to view photos from the even and buy picture of themselves.

The site will be based on 6 templates (I will supply 2 x PSDs that will include element needed for hte site etc.). The pages will need coding and developing.

The website needs to be database driven and content managed via a CMS system.

Data will also need to able to be added in XLS format to populate the database.

There also needs to be a payment system (Paypal).

The details of the database are being draw by my client and I will add them to this project when I have them.

I have all the requirements in a pdf file, colors that have to be used and text, + I have screenshots of the old site with all the images needed. The script is a stats and standings manager for a sports league with a front end visitors see and a back end. The back end allows the admin to input games with results and stats which then visitors can view.

The back end is developed like this:
- A location is created
- Leagues within location are created
- Divisions within leagues are created
- Teams within divisions are created
- Players within teams are created

Standings are built, but they’re in the wrong order — I need the order fixed with the ability to sort by columns… this will require joining of tables.

There is also a method for exporting all the stats and standings into an excel sheet, but it is hampered by allowing only one division per sheet — I need an “ALL” export function.

I need a way to move teams around divisions while maintaining their games, stats and standings in the previous one.

I need a way that when a team is created, a “GUEST” player is automatically added and is always listed at the bottom of the roster.

Finally, I need a “mass delete” function — currently if a player has stats, they can’t be deleted until stats are deleted… likewise, if a team has players, players have to be removed first and so on. It’d be nice to have a method to delete everything from the top level down on a team without manually doing it.

This is a real estate web based database application. The sample homepage screen is www.rent.param.mobi . This is a site allowing mobile devices to make a search for available houses in the selected location. The output of a search criteria is listings including photos.

Objective

Design and make a homepage with input objects. An input field for price, bedrooms, location, city and submit of course etc. It should produce well formated outputs of available houses or listings matching the search criteria and quickly.

Nature of Design Operation

The system could have 3(Three) admin pages. The logging details would differ because of functionality and ownership of the overall software.

There will be:
1) A supersuser account (Proprietary and hidden)–This will be me–
Role: This account has the priviledge to create administrator accounts, block, delete, deactivate, edit, change passwords.

2) Administrator account(s)–This will be the real estate company that buys the database application software—
Role: This account will have the ability to create users(real estate agents) accounts. This is the account to be created by the superuser account. The administrator account will manage it’s own users (agents).
3) User Account(s)–the employees who will perform data entry of property available for rent–
Role:Agents will upload the raw data into the web based database application being:-

b) Location of house (city)
