Need 1 page PSD Converted to HTMl CSS. Payment upon successful completion of work, need it soon, No Escrow. Budget is limited, bid accordingly. Lots of upcoming work, since this is test project. Spammers and starters don’t bid.

I have a HTML page that has image, text and other content within a table. I would like to convert this page to place the same content from the table to a CSS page.

Everything is already laid out. Straight forward conversion. Most of the website is already chopped up with valid code. Need help finishing the rest. Need additional details for the bid? Ask. This can be done in probably in 1-2 hours, since I already did so much of the work.

Need to convert a layered PSD to XHTML / CSS for website. Code must be very clean, compliant across all browsers, and very FAST LOADING.

There are 2 pages that need to be converted. One home page and one inner/content page, both share similar elements. I have attached 2 sample screen shots, but final PSD will have very slight differences.

I will have PSDs in hand by Friday June 5. Need a very quick turnaround on this project with completion by *** Monday June 8 ***

Requirements:

1. Code must be Dynamic. All elements of webpage must be layered and build within CSS to allow for future editing. For example, a buttons will NOT be a single image. Instead it must be small pixel images generated in CSS, with the Text overlaying on top of the image.

2. Code must be fast loading. No layering of large images.

3. Commented Code.

4. SEO compatible with h1, h2, etc. tags.

5. Javascript Implementation (for a “toggle” feature on home page)
