I want a membership database to track membership and attendance for a church youth ministry. I would like it very similar to the envision software available at suberspace.com with a few additions,
1. I would like to be able to store health insurance & medical information for each student
2. add a General Ledger
In addition to the database i also need the following diagrams for the database you create:
Entity Relationship Diagram
Context Data Flow Diagram
Functional Decomposition Diagram/Event Decomposition Diagram
Event Diagrams
Physical/Event DFD
