Craigslist Helper

This program is going to be able to update me on craigslist ads so i do not have to search for them manually via a web browser.It also will make it a lot easier to find the “deals”. When i open this program it’s going to update me on the searches i have done to see if there are any new ads that fit in those criteria. i want the main screen of the program to list these searches and when these searches are clicked it will give me all the updates within those criteria. The interface is going to allow me to delete searches, add new searches, and edit the criteria of searches i have set to be updated on. When i want to add a new search to the main screen it will ask me what the location(s) i want to search within, what keyword(s) i want to be set, and what section(s) i want to search in. Essentially the main screen will monitor if there are any new ads that are posted that meet the set criteria. Message me for any questions you might have. Joomla Template Mod

My company has worked with joomla pages in the past, so we know what work goes into it. Our price we believe is fair.

This must be completed in no more then 6 days.

Anyway I have a joomla template that will need to be installed, modified and changed to look similar to temp agency except there will be no job listings. There will 2 logins. One for the potential employee. They basically will just fill information about their skill level, experience, attach a resume, etc.

The other login will be for employers. This will allow employers to search through employees based on different criteria. Such as skill level, location, etc.

For the template right now the following will need to be changed.

Get rid of the poll section

Get rid of Who’s online

get rid of the main menu

On the other side where it has Login form, change that to consultant loggin form.

Where it reads popular put in a form that reads employer login

Leave the home tab and contact us at the top of the page. You can keep the other tabs blank if you want.

What I want in the website:

I need 2 logins: 1 for the employers to login and one for the employees to log in

Employer login: They will be asked if they are an individual, company, or consulting company. This is important information that I need to know

Once the employer is login he’ll be able to see resumes by skill set, so there will have to be a line in which the employer will be able to put down the skills that they are looking for. I believe that there should be more than one line for skill set looking for possibly 5-6 lines for this. The employer will never know what the employee is getting but instead he will get the final rate of the consultant. I will get to that later on. The employer will never see the last name of the employee, they will only be able to see the first name. If there are more than one Scott for instance it probably should read Scott M. Bronx, New York. That broken down would be Scott (first name) M. (idle initial) Bronx (city) New York (state. There should also be some way that the employer could save a couple of people that they are looking for to view later. Once they select one of the consultants and state that they want to continue the computer should tell the employer to us. I may change the name and such but you get the jest.

Once they are login and have a screen name and password, they will be able to download there resume onto the sight. I believe it would look good to ask each consultant for their skill set and how many years they have done such a skill set. Each consultant is going to be asked there minimum amount they want to pay the employee. Now that amount will not show up on the employer sight, they will see the formula of the consultants rate +15(.1)= employers rate that posts on their side of the website. Also another question that needs to be asked do they want to telecommute or be onsite or both? How many hours per week do they want to work? What is there legal status US citizen, H1B status, or greencard. What market do they want to work, what city? My primary goal is to focus in on Chicago, but that might change and I can place anywhere. Also the date that the resume is posted should be posted. The consultants should have a way to mark their status as available or unavailable

I know for the employer to search for keywords there is a technology in which it can search a document altogether to find that as a keyword. I would prefer the resumes to be searched like this other than the other way by keywords because sometimes people don’t put everything into the keywords of the resume, but it’s scattered throughout the resume.

We will have to ask how many employers they had in order to get the spacing right on the resume section. My other thought is to have them fill in the skill set and name then after that have them upload there resume in PDF form or word form. This would get the resumes a little bit uneven but that really shouldn’t matter. Also when it comes to phone ,e-mail, address and full name we can get that from the registration form.

Once an employer or consultant hit the button to register the computer will take them to a place in which they will be able to put all there information. Once that is done the employer will be taken to a page in which they can search for consultants and the consultants will be taken to a page in which they’ll be able to put there resume together and be asked those questions that I stated earlier about the rate etc.

After the employer or consultant registers we should check their identity by sending them an e-mail in which they have to log into their e-mail to confirm their identity.

The point is that when the EmploYER is searching through the candidates he may want to look for keywords (xml, php, and asp). This person would come up because they relate to these keywords.

The number one search criteria for employers should be city or zip code and how far away from this location they are loooking for employees.

So for example they should type in the zip code of where they are looking for employess and how far away they want to look.

So say they want people for work in Chantilly, VA zip code 20151. They would type in zip code 20151 and then enter the maximum radius they will look for potential clients.

Data Entry / Research – 600

Project Description: Starting with a list of 600 companies identify the ones which match the attached criteria. If they match the criteria, pull 12 fields of information from the website. Store and deliver in excel.

Work Required:
1) Review attached criteria
2) Search for company website
3) If no website, skip entry
4) If website found pull 12 fields
5) Deliver all entries in excel

This data will be cross checked for accuracy before escrow is released.

Physical Security Measuring

The project has been started by me however I have become stuck since I donot have any experience in writing a Macros or what ever is required to do the calculations measured against the conditions.

The programme consists of 4 sheets

1. Sheet one (cover sheet) is the cover sheet, on box 3 there is a breakdown of the criteria of the area/country that you are working in. The criteria that you enter here then formulates the questions that are required for that particular enviorment on sheet two, sheet one also has the assessment results posted at the bottom

2. Sheet two (questions)is the question sheet, this sheeet contains the number of questions that are required for your particular enviorment and calculates them accordinging to the criteria selected in box three on sheet 1 (cover sheet).

3. Sheet three is the mitigating circumstances sheet, all questions that have been answered with the drop down menu as MC (Mitigating Circumstances) get moved accross to this sheet

4. Sheet four (RWP) is the sheet where all the no’s (N) or Partial’s (P) answered from sheet one get sent to await completion, once completed then the question should dissapear and then the answer automatically changed to Yes (Y) on sheet two, this will obviously affect the score and raise the level.

Please see attached, it will probably be a nightmare to understand but please get back to me if you have any questions.

It would be helpful if I can add, remove, change questions and values as it will most likely need test fired quite a few times to get the wrinkles ironed out.

Please also tell me whether a it would be better to write a program instead of using excel.

As I said I need to be able to have access to change values add/remove questions etc.

Please let me know what you think, I would ideally like this to have the ability to run off the web once I get it established.

I have no idea what programme to use below.. Please advise..

Advanced Excel Filtering

I would like to have a macro created for excel 2007 that will filter a list of domain names based on criteria I specify. The criteria will be things such as number of characters, filtering out domains that contain certain words, if possible filtering against a dictionary to filter out any domains that are comprised of fake or mispelled words, and by number of words.

I would like to also have included a short instruction sheet telling me how to edit the criteria or add to the criteria in the future.

The lists of domains will be 60,000 or more entries, so the faster the macro can be, the better.

I will specify specific criteria for the macro filtering and also an example excel file to create the macro with.

Multi Language Mls Real Estate

I am interested in a Real Estate property listing service available in multi language with tools for the Agent.

It must be easy to use for an Agent (even those not tech savy) to imput information and upload photos, virutal tours, documents etc.

It must be easy for a potential buyer to imput a cerain desired criteria and run a search

it must be easy for a seller to list their property and request for Agents to contact them for an interview to connect them to their property (a seller will be able to list but not be left to sell on their own without an Agent. I want this to pull Agents in and organize the industry)

It must be multi lingual easy to search in English and Spanish perhaps German and French etc.

It must be a contact data base to put in a prospect client, add their criteria, then have it automatically send that information to their email and allow the Agent to log into the back office and see what they are looking at. The client must be able to leave a note, send a message to the Agent, map the listing, email to a friend, and track the properties if any changes occur to it.

It must be able to have links to local agencies, government sites, parcel information, prior sales info and price history.

It must be compatible with most platforms.

Agents must have a page for their information, Agency name and link to their site and email address and their current listings.

It must be as automated as possible but still knowing they can contact someone for support when needed.

here are a couple of samples of what is being used now but they are only in english www.listingbook.com is the front cover for prosepect to find an Agent / Brokerage. Once they find someone the Agent personalize the name www.mysite.listingbook.com to promote to others to find them directly this carries their personal listings and gives the ability to search the mls quickly and add a criteria.

the other is http://www.swflrealtors.com/ click on public search at the bottom. This one is not as detailed as I would like it to be just showing how it offers a public search.

This is good to start with, suggestions from those that have done one are great or recommendation to those you crated one for that looking for clients now. This will be an international product, I need it to be very easy to work with and add to so that their is very little tech support.
