Hi,
What I am needing is something similar to the calculator located here: http://metabohealth.com/ but mine is not to do with health. So what I need is for when my prospects come to my page they can enter there details and answer a few simple questions and the calculator will in give an overall answer which relate to the answers the prospect has given.
