There is no Sales_order.create function but I need one to create an order programmatically.

Also require a test harness for the api function.
A php file calling the api function so that the parameters that are passed can be changed and an order created from the test harness/file.
Prior magento api experience essential
someone who has implemented this for another site would be ideal.
