I need someone to help me set up CPA offers from my network that will use pixel tracking or post back. My site is freemoneyraffle . com and I want to make it so that users have to complete the offer to be entered into the raffle database. If they do not do the offer they can not enter, this is so I do not lose money from the project.

You can see how it should run from rafflefox.com, this site was inspirational for mine.

The only problem is they are not ensured their users complete the offer.
