I need a programmer who can complete the payment module and update payment module for my website. The payment module is designed to take credit card payments from customers and ping First Data with the correct code to create periodic bill. The price of the periodic bill can be adjusted from my admin. Also, the system needs to record the First Data Order number on my member database.

The update payment module is designed to allow existing members to update their payment information. The member would be logged into my member’s area at the time, so the system would know which First Data order number to ping First Data with for the update.

I need the system to be programmed so that it automatically sends an email to a member when his or her periodic/monthly bill has declined and reached the decline threshold. The email will need to be sent every day until the member updates their payment info and the transaction processes.

Also, there is a coupon code system. The coupon code system lets new members enter a coupon code that allows them to have a free 30, 60, or 90 day membership. When members use the codes for 30, 60, or 90, they are still required to enter their payment information and the correct “Start Date” is sent to First Data which will begin charging the member on the correct date.

Both payment and update payment pages need to be integrated with my SSL certificate so the page is on an https. I can provide you with the SSL certificate and I also have some of the correct code needed for First Data. I am available to call First Data API support if assistance is needed.

-These coupons populated into a MySQL database, and the script/command to do that so I can do it myself in the future.
-The coupon to show up in a members area of my site.
-Each coupon should be UNIQUE when shown, and show again to the same person only, and exclusively… for example:

Bob logs into his account, he is greeted by “Hi Bob, your coupon code is: AJZK-FZFZ-Z3NZ-ZR3L”. The next time Bob logs in, he should see the same coupon code, and nobody else should be shown it, ever!

This is a very simple project which is already half done. I need the other half completed. The script I think will be either XML or RSS. This is a mobile SMS concept that already works. To see it in use now Text Message (SMS) to short code ’368266′ In the body of the message type ‘artistdiscovery rest deals’ (quotes not necessary). Again, Message Body: artistdiscovery rest deals

All I need is for the current XML/RSS file to refer to another XML/RSS file. In the second XML/RSS file, I want the user to be able to make a selection from a list of presented restaurants. So currently, the above process takes place in 3 steps. The new code would add another user step — selecting from among a list of restaurants. The fourth step would simply be a numbered or lettered list of restaurants coming up after the “Area of City” selection is made. So after the user selects an Area of the City (eg. 3. Dtown West Loop)the consumer would then receive another sms/text that would present a list of restaurants within that city location (eg. 1,2,3,4,5 or a,b,c,d,etc. with the restaurant name and a description. Once the consumer selects a restaurant from the list the XML/RSS file would then display the resulting deal description/coupon code # for that particular restaurant.

I have attached the relevant files that makes this work now. Attached Files include:
1.) index.cmrl file (this triggers the initial rss/xml file)
2.) example_chicagorest.rss (triggers city area and deal description)

After this is completed, I would assume that there would be a third rss/xml file that is triggered that brings up a numbered or lettered list of restaurants that allows for the all important step of choosing one of the restaurants and then receiving back the final Text/SMS with the deal coupon code.

This will work on any cell phone.

To review, from a users perspective the whole process will work as follows:

1.) Texts in artistdiscovery rest deals to 368266
2.) Receives back text, then chooses Area of the City (eg. 1,2,etc.)
3.) List of Restaurants texted back, user chooses one (eg. 1,2,3 etc.)
4.) Text sent back to user with final description and coupon code

This is a very very simple scripting task, but I just don’t know how to do it as i am not a programmer. It should not take long at all to complete this.

2) Form data to be single checkout page (php, multiple php files in the background):
a) Ability to enter a SINGLE coupon code (Although you’ll make multiple
placeholder entries in mySQL, a customer can only use one
which corresponds to a coupon in mySQL. The coupons are multi-use,
but once a user activates one, their unique mySQL records will show
that they used a particular coupon.
The coupon code can work with the CALCULATE TOTAL button, inserting
all of the data into mySQL right away, before sending to paypal.
You have freedom here to add additional links, depending on how you prefer
the workflow. Please email me a quick demo layout of what you’re thinking,
I’d probably be fine with it because I can CSS the links as needed.

3)Upon success of order, the buyer returns to thankyou.php, and IPN does the following:
a) updates the data previously input into the db with an order success record
b) at the thankyou.php, they receive page which will display
the order ID/and all the standard stuff/etc/ and an auto-generated
password because of order success(pw to be stored in mysql)
and can continue browsing,and gain access to members area, with
a link immediately provided.
c) they also receive an email that confirms their order and provides the auto-generated password

3b) Upon failure of order, the buyer returns to the retry.php(or other name you have w/your script),
and is notified of the failure and details. They can input a different credit card.
Their database info will stay in tact, but they will NOT have rights
to any area except for the registration information page.
Until the Database receives a SUCCESS from IPN, the database value
will be NOT PAID, once success it says PAID.

4) they can use the password to login to a members only section of the website where they can:
a)update their registration information
b)upload a limited amount files with limited sizes that will be stored in mysql,
and accessible only by the user that uploaded them, and the sysadmin.
Users can: upload/delete/rename their files into a single directory
sysadmin can: do anything with the files

There may be a couple tiny things I’ve left out, but nothing I can think of.
