I am looking for some help to create a mysql query to get the distinct (per day) count of ip addresses a link has been clicked for a date range.

Lets say my IP address clicks on the same link 5 times every day during January 2012 using the same ip address. There would be 155 (5*31) records in the table but the query result should display 31 as we are only counting the same ip address max of once per day.

I got one script for messages between the users

In inbox the messages shows only the received messages (incoming)
but the counter counts all messages sent and received from the user

So the total messages is not correct

For example I sent 3 messages and received 4 messages
in inbox it shows you have 7 messages which is not correct
how to change the php attached to query to count only mesages received

I need a counter similar like the ones you see used in casino’s jackpot system which is money related. I need to put this on the website and the counter should be editable,
1-such as you should be able to edit the first initial amount
2- should have similar to millisecond, cent value and dollar value ( value should be editable)

3) Upon successful signup, a duplicate set of database tables needs to be installed for each user (like wordpress multi-user)

4) The site DB logic needs to be altered so that upon logging in, users are using the correct set of DB tables for their site (key on site ID)

The login script needs to be modified to look for sub-domain so that users of each account ( subdomainname.projectsite.com ) login to the correct set of database tables. Here is the desired user signup flow after modifications are complete:

2) Upon signup, a new set of db tables is created to support this user at the sub-domain they created at signup.

(DB tables could look like site1_tables )

3) User is sent an email to welcome them to the site and give them their username and url to their new site

4) User can then visit either mysite.com or subdomain.mysite.com and login to their account

5) As the user sets up their account, the DB tables created for them are used, and the newly created sub-folder for their uploaded files is used

Selected developer will have experience with PHP & MySql (Project Pier uses a view/model/controller model), and will need to install the software on their own development machine. All new code and modifications to the existing code need to be well documented for easy future reference.

i have two myisam mysql tables (student and test). i need the query to return a row for every student in the student table and each returned row should contain the following columns:

We need to modify the Moodle grade.php file located on moodle/grade/edit/tree/grade.php to include a character count and limit of 255 characters for the id_feedback field. If it does not raise the cost of the project a lot I would not mind being able to manage these user group restrictions from admin interface. But it also suits for me if you could just guide me where do I have to change the code. You can fulfil this task how it is easier for you!

I need a very simple php script which will take a list of keywords from a txt document, query them on an xml feed and record the number of results returned. A response will include:

When my users upload images I need it to strip out everything but the extension and rename it a numder

My script already does this just not all the time I have a lot of broken images. I think it can’t recognize certain characters.

Also I have a thumbnail regeneration script that I had modifed because it timed out. It worked fine but now I have many more images it is timing out again. I am currently on a shared hosting account so that is why the problem. I think it needs to broken into smaller tasks.

I want to get the uploads scripts fixed. Then I want to delete all existing thumbnails and thne regenerate them with the fixed regeneration script.

I was wondering if it would be better to have many thumbnail folders instead of 1

I started a new forum at www.forum.trafficgeek.net that uses the forum script IP Board version 3 (IPB3). I wish to start a posting contest and need a utility program written to count the posts.

I would like this program to do the following:

Scan the mysql database and determine the top 10 posters within a specified date range.

I would like to specify (or omit) certain forum sections from the post count. For example, I do not want to include the chat forum when counting votes.

To avoid post spam, I would like to set a min number of chars (or words) to make a post a valid post count.

I would like a report generated showing the top 10 posters with the following info:

Total Valid Posts
