I believe it would look good to ask each consultant for their skill set and how many years they have done such a skill set. Each consultant is going to be asked there minimum amount they want to pay the employee. Now that amount will not show up on the employer sight, they will see the formula of the consultants rate +15(.1)= employers rate that posts on their side of the website. Also another question that needs to be asked do they want to telecommute or be onsite or both? How many hours per week do they want to work? What is there legal status US citizen, H1B status, or greencard. What market do they want to work, what city? My primary goal is to focus in on Chicago, but that might change and I can place anywhere. Also the date that the resume is posted should be posted. The point is that when the EmploYER is searching through the candidates he may want to look for keywords (xml, php, and asp). This person would come up because they relate to these keywords.
The number one search criteria for employers should be city or zip code and how far away from this location they are loooking for employees.
So for example they should type in the zip code of where they are looking for employess and how far away they want to look.
So say they want people for work in Chantilly, VA zip code 20151. They would type in zip code 20151 and then enter the maximum radius they will look for potential clients.

This project is to help me properly define requirements and database schema for the pricing section of an existing custom e-commerce solution. The current solution has a very limited pricing capability — maximum of 3 different pricing levels per product, which can be assigned to different customers. It currently doesn’t handle quantity based pricing (e.g. qty 1-3 is $5.00, qty 4-6 $4.50, qty 7+ $3.75).
This custom e-commerce solution already allows for couponing. I’m including this information, because I’m not sure if it will need to be updated while designing this pricing system. The types of coupons the system currently handles include; free shipping, reduced shipping, percentage off of order, dollar off of order, etc… It can require a specific minimum and maximum dollar amount be in the shopping cart before the coupon will work. (See the Coupons table below)
WHAT I NEED HELP WITH:
The new pricing system should be able to handle the following;
1a) Single price no matter the quantity purchased, this is typically the default pricing level. (e.g. qty 1-99999 $5.00)
~ Alternatively ~
1b) Unlimited pricing ranges per product (e.g. qty 1-3 is $5.00, qty 4-6 $4.50, qty 7+ $3.75)
2) Short Term Sale/Discount Pricing: per product or per category, can be dollar amount or percentage off (e.g. XL widget $5 off, or XL Widget 10% off)
3) Product Attributes (separate table?) which may require more weight and cost be added to the total product price. Attributes will not always change the weight and price. (e.g. red shirt add $1.00, size 11 shoe add $2.00 and 1 lbs.
4) Define price groups, web site visitors accounts can be assigned to specific price groups.
a) The pricing system will need to be able to allow the web site admin to assign specific customers to “better” pricing even if they are not buying larger quantities

5) Customer Specific Pricing per product (e.g. all customers pay the normal price of $5.00 for XL Widget, however XYZ corp pays $4.75 and ABC Corp pays $4.25)

The logo will also be used for website, blog, forum, pdf newsletter and all online and offline advertising, so it must be special! The right designer may receive further work from us too.
The logo will be of a design that it could also just be used as a favicon.ico for software or just about anything. Any one who looks at the logo (inside a box?) will know that it is our business even before they see our name and business slogan.
