I have a web site with mysql/php database on. I have 2 pages I would like converting so when viewed on iphone it shows an iphone specific page which you must design to have the same functionality but fit the iphone screen.
If viewed through a pc it must display as it currently does

I need help converting a web page to email format and then instruction on how to send it.

Summary:
I am using my webserver to build daily weather reports as HTML web pages. I want to convert these automatically to PDF documents and send them as email attachments to paying customers, at the same time every morning.

HTML Weather Report:
Weather/Tides Data is scraped from various web sites using Perl scripts triggered by Crontab.
Results are cached on my server as HTML code snippets.
The HTML Weather report uses CSS and includes these code snippets using SSI’s. See sample page at:

I have a Linux server (NTT-Verio VPS)
In future, there will be additional weather reports for other locations.
Each report is customised for an individual customer by including their logo at the top of the page.

PDF Document:
At present, I can (manually) open the HTML page using IE, and print it to a PDF document using Adobe Acrobat on my PC.

There should be no headers or footers. Table borders and backgrounds to be visible and fonts correctly formatted.
Printed in A4 format, single page.
Please note that HTMLDoc may have problems with CSS and SSI’s in web pages, although if essential, I can write a routine for the server to read the HTML and save it locally, with SSI’s included.

Email:
The PDF will be sent as a text email attachment to the customer, with a short message. There will be more customers in future (I hope) each with their own customised weather report.

Coding:
I am most familiar with PERL, but if PHP is necessary to get the job done, then OK. The successful bidder must sent me a genuine PDF document to demonstrate the proposed HTML to PDF conversion.

I have created a weather/tides report for a customer as a web page, which is updated automatically (via crontab) early every morning.

Can a PERL script be written to convert this page/images into PDF A4 format, and email it to my client as an attachment, with a covering message, when triggered by crontab?
PDF archiving is not required, but useful if easy to implement.
The message needs to be editable, and I anticipate a future need to sent this (or similar) weather reports to other customers in future.

I want to convert an invoice detail that is currently on a web page to excel format. I need this done immediately. I have 5 invoices to convert.

We have a web site template [of our own design, and in CSS etc] that we would like to have as a WordPress template for our own use.

We need a speedy and simple conversion.

Ww would like you to prove it has been fully converted by showing us it on your wordpress installation, please?

The web page we want converting is a one page template.
