Hi,

I think I have a problem with the way both Google Adwords, and Bing track conversions, and I need a solution.

The problem:

A user converts when they login to my members area. The problem is that if they like the service, I hope they come back and login hundreds of more times. The problem is that I think Google Adwords, and Bing will count these next hundreds of times as conversions…. therefore elevating my conversions incorrectly.

I’m not 100% sure this is true first of all, but I believe it is. If this is happening, I need a solution. If can think of a solution, I will pay you for it.

I have 35 or so spreadsheets. I have attached a sample.

Each XLS has a photo and a title name. I need you to take the photo out of the XMLS and make it a jpg.

THe filename will be the name in the spreadsheet. The attached example would be Millenium Modern Collection 4 Panel Screen.jpg

No dashes, spaces in between the words. Do not include the dimensions. I will supply you with ftp info and you will work there. Dump all images in a directory called images.

I am looking for a professional designer to thoroughly look over my site, go through all of the steps and perform a usability test.

I need to raise conversions and would like the help of a professional to help me with this and may lead to some work, creating a better converting site.

I need someone to look over graphics, sales funnel, sales copy, seo, shopping cart functionality, and anything else that can improve the site and improve conversions.

This job calls for a marketing expert and somebody who has experience creating and running successful websites. This is an established site looking to raise conversions before more traffic is sent.

I need a php/mysql programmer to help out migrating an existing site, to Joomla. Basically I need help with:

- completing a script that converts phpnews to joomla (real easy)
- converting our home made gallery to sim gallery (joomla addon)
- converting a phpbb2 forum to phpbb3
- creating 301 redirects, where possible

I have the rest of the week for this project.
