Get a Freelance Job

I have a 3 part .pdf file that is used in our sales process that I would like to have turned into a writeable pdf and coded so that it can be filled out on our website and when submitted will email the completed document in a .pdf format to us.

I have two word format forms that I have created and I need them both to be converted into fillable pdf forms using a basic pdf reader so that my clients can complete them onscreen and send them back to me without losing any of the formatting or having to print them out and fill in manually.

I have 2 forms that I need done that are 1 page each. If this works out OK I have lots more forms to be converted.

I would like new forms created from PDF documents that I have. I need the PDFs that I currently already have re-created with the same information on them, but with editable form fields so that I can fill in directly with my Ipad or PC. I don’t want to have to print them out and write by hand anymore…Being able to type in the fields and fill it in with any basic adobe pdf reader would be perfect.

I have approximately 5 forms that I need done with a total of about 10 pages or so.

Need to have PDF image file converted to TEXT as either RTF or DOC. Language is French and conversion must be 100% accurate. If using automated OCR the conversion must be checked for accuracy and correctted as necessary before the job will be considered complete. Note: Retaining original text formatting is not important.

We need a PDF draft converted into Joomla. beside german languaga, englisch and french must be included. attached you find a pic with the modul positions needed.
