I would like someone to download multiple documents from a Government website nicely into folders.

This is a simple task but very time consuming I would imagine.

For example…. %Contract%/%Location%/%Company%/ … (all files contained within the last folder)

Where:
%Contract% is the name of the Government contract
%Location% is the region/area of the contract
%Company% is the name of the company awarded the contract

The files will be no more than 20 per each company (at each location and contract type) but typically much less (3-7 likely) – some are zipped already (need extracting straight into the folder).

For each company, I would like a text file containing the information on the pages with the download links (perhaps “info.txt”)

When complete the multiple top level folders (different contract types) will need to be zipped before being sent.

** UK BASED BIDDERS ONLY (I will not award a non-UK bidder unless they have contacted me for a test URL which worked for them. This is because the data might not be accessible outside of the UK – however it may. A UK proxy might work also.) **

Please do not bid unless you understand the above project description and the possible location restriction (please message me). Also, upon starting the project I will give an improved description. I will not award to anyone who appears to have avoided reading all this.

Just to add the contract information is freely released and browsable by the UK public, so fully legal under UK Government Transparency guidelines. No more than 5 contract types so not every contract!!

I estimate this will take someone around 4 hours – but only as a guideline, I cannot give more details on the extent of information currently.

Please outline your bid and turnaround time. As this is a time-related project I intend to award 20% of total upfront (an advance as a good will gesture), 30% of total (making 50%) prior to receiving the zip files and the remaining 50% after undertaking random checks to ensure the data is all there.

It would probably be better to do this over different days (i.e. per contract type) – please be aware of the payment terms: 50% for your time (some of it upfront) and 50% if project completed successfully. (Of course those who just want 50% for not doing much will be reported and get a negative review). Or you can propose an alternative payment schedule.

This project is unlikely to be achieved by automated means (of course you can always request a link and attempt at your time and expense). I am happy to answer any questions.

The customer will receive a copy of their contract and receipt by e-mail. Additionally, the items being sold or leased would have bar codes that need to be scanned and pictures attached. Geotagging is also desired. Other requirements are that franchisees would have the ability to use their own merchant accounts, and accomodations will have to be provided for those franchisees who do not have live access to the Internet. In other words, an offline version that can update data back at their office.

We are looking for an online tool where our remote staff can logon each week and submit the hours worked without having to send us timesheets – in addition we need to be able to have a system whereby they can enter the number of items used by a customer each week so we can bill the customer accordingly. I would need to be able to add, remove and edit employees, customers, products and then allow employees to enter their daily hours once a week and the consumables usage for each product per client each week.

4) Download his certificate (generated using EJBCA PKI)

B. Business Certificate

The customer will:

1) Register / log in to Drupal
2) Pay for his certificate (using ubercart)
3) Receive a mail with instructions
4) Upload a copy of personal ID and other papers required.

A site operator will:

1) Log in to the site
2) View a list of Business Certificates Requests (BCR)
3) View the customer uploaded files.
4) Approve the requests.

The site will:

1) On every approved BCR generate a certificate (using Diginotar PKI)
2) Send a mail to the customer, with a link to download his certificate.

Service 2: Contract Lifecycle Management

The customers will:

1) Register / log in
2) Verify his identity using his certificate.
3) Add funds to his account.
4) Select a Contract Template from the site Library, or upload his own contract.
5) Modify / fill in the template with his data.
6) Sign the contract (using SignServer)
7) Selects the way he wants to finish the negotiation process: a) saving the final file signed by all the parties as PDF file in a private section of the site, wich will only be accessible to the users who have signed the contract; or b) sending a PDF file by mail to all the signing parties.
8) Enter the name and emails of the other parties.

Other parties will:

1) Register / log in
2) Verify his identity using his certificate.
3) Sign the contract using his digital certificate.

The site will deduct a specified amount from the initiating party account, for each sign his contract has received.

After all the parties have signed the contract, the site will save the final PDF file or send it by mail.

Service 3: Contracts

A. Free Library

1) The site will shown a comprehensive list of contract models (SEO friendly).
2) Any visitor will be able to search contracts, view the full list, and a brief description of each contract.
2) The user will need to register / log in to download a free contract template.

B. On demand template customization

The customer will:

1) Register / log in (using Drupal)
2) Pay for the service (using ubercart)
3) Select a template from the library
4) Upload some text explaining his particular case.
