I need an experienced English writer who is familiar with apartment rental and travel website to rewrite my website content. File attached.

There are two sections:
The first section is an apartment rental site that is exactly as another apartment rental site that I already have. I want it to be rewritten that it conveys the same message but does not read like the other site. It is long because there is plenty of wasted space and a long list of recommended attractions that are one or two liners; I left them in just in case your trained eye sees something wrong while you are reading. What actually needs to be rewritten is not that much.

The second part, is a page of travel site and it mainly need corrections/rewrite
