This program is going to be use from Smart Phone so I need the design to be simple to cover the Mobil Browser requirements. Background:
We have a number of clients that reside in a national corporation with over 400 facilities located around the country.

We want to Modify the MS Access Contact Manager template by:
1. Creating a Add/Modify/Delete ‘Facility’ form & table
2. Add ‘facility’ drop down list to automatically populate address fields when selected.
3. Names should be linked to facilities table so when an update is made to a facility address it changes all the corresponding contacts.
4. Add a few misc. fields to the standard contact table and the form.
5. Set up/modify reports per item #4.

We need a simple contact manager script, which will store contacts and allow admins/users to add comments/notes about the contact. It also need to be able to search for a contact/group. It needs to have an admin side where we can add/delete admins/users. Users need be able to have assigned rights as an Admin where they can add/delete records or as a “user” where they can only add records and comments. The fields should be addable and editable: Example: default fields are Company, Address, ZIP Code, Telephone… But in some time we may need Fax to store too, so we can add it by ourselfs. Also there should be an Alphabet so when we click on a letter, only those contacts should appear. We also need to be able to export selected contacts or groups to a .xls file for use on local computer. We are a reputable company in Croatia and will only pay for work after it is complete. If that is not acceptable to you, please don’t bother to bid.
