We are looking for a developer to build a contact form module to be inserted onto our homepage.
Please check the templates attached for the design and layout of the form we would like to build.
The module would allow a quick submission or if selecting the advanced search then user would be taken to http://www.elikaassociates.com/custom_search with all of their already entered information cookied into the main form if selected.
