I want to build a website where people can post their construction projects for residence or business. There will be a fee to post the projects. Contractors can then search and bid or contact the person who posted the project.

I want an appealing and very professional display. PLEASE ONLY SERIOUS PROGRAMMERS. If you are a first timer, I might not hire you. More information will be given later. People who poste their projects should be able to pay using credit or debit card or through paypal.

Later I might also need to have the website in English and Spanish for USA. English and French for Canada.
