I require a coder who is skilled in working on flash and PHP sites, to make some changes to the site content. This will not involve any building, creating or rendering of flash objects. All this has already been don in the template, I will basically be giving you the wording that I require on site and you will need to copy and paste this information into the appropriate areas.

The site files should be prepared in such a way as to fill up the screen of a users browser, with no edges showing and no vertical or horizontal sliders showing. It should adjust to the users screen resolution in order to make sure every visitor is able to view the site properly. All the original styles and effects must be retained, this will be judged by comparing the finished performance to that of the template. Basically I only want the words changed unless I specifically say otherwise, any changes that are made without my permission will be considered flaws.

For certain parts of the site setup I will need the coder to be able to work with me via IM in order to make sure that certain parts of the site are just right. The winning coder would have to agree to work to my satisfaction and the project cannot be considered complete until I am happy with the site and the way it is functioning.

The site should also be seo-ready, so that the search engines are able to easily index the pages. Instructions in the Flash SEO Document should be followed to the letter.

And all tasks provided in the attachments must be completed, and this project will not be considered complete until I am fully happy with the work. By accepting this project you agree to these terms.

This project is for real expert in photoshop. You will need to show proof of your work to be even considered. The project would be to take a picture and enhance it for large format printing. The final file must have 1200 DPI, yes it must be 1200 DPI. You will need to clean it up, and make sure that every part of the picture is crisp clear, which means that some parts of the picture must be drawn. The test would be that when it is blown up to 1600%, it is almost crisp clear without all the large pixels or fuzziness.

The dimensions of the picture will be exactly as provided, the only change is that it’s dpi needs to be increased as indicate above, and the picture must be restored/cleaned up to minimize large pixels everywhere in the picture. In some areas, the picture would have to be redrawn again, because the original picture is really out of focus. Some imagination must be used as well, and I will help you in that area and guide you as well. That is why you will need to provide full attention to this project.

I do understand that it can never be made 100% perfect, but it must be acceptable when it is blown up to 1600% for large format printing.

To be considered, please respond back with “Photoshop Creator”, so I would know that you have read clearly what needs to be done in this project. You must provide constant reporting, and the project must be done within 48 hours from accepting the bid. Final file will be uploaded to special server, since it is expected to be pretty large file. So you must have high speed internet.

The Project
I’m collecting ressources I need for this project and actually I have already in talks with a company considering to work at a budget of $50 per Website, by scale of economy effect due to quantities.

The numbers I calculate and forecast are a production of 500 to 1000 sites / month , and there is to add the outsourcing of other works right out of the sales front which are the software houses.

I will need tecnitians for server security, people to identify and teach best technics for search engine ranking, website visibility and user friendly structure, etc as I want best performing technologies around the globe.
I will decide whether to use one or multiple companies for this massive project.
BELOW QUESTIONS HAVE TO BE ANSWERED

1) I dont want Pro’s to quote in $/Hr, I want Price per SITE. without which your bid will not be considered. 2) I want to know if you have expertise in all areas mentioned above. 3) I dont want you to Ask questions since I dont have time to review all of them. I will review questions based on the shorlisted Pros as per the $ rate per site quotes.
4 ) I would prefer someone from india, but it is not a must. I will be visiting the site regularly to check on progress and issues. So top tier cities are prefered. 5) I need your portfolio and 3 References, without which your bid will not be considered.
