Looking to make a travel website. here is what i need.
Main site (ex url: www.travelsite.com)
on this is it basically just needs to be a map of the United States
and two divs one div to the left of the map which will have a drop down of cities that i offer services to which will be setup in the admin panel. and the other div will run across the bottom of the site and be separated into three blocks… each block will be a picture and a short blurb of text. the script will just pick 3 of them at random but check to make sure there are no duplicates on the home page displayed.
the links on the bottoms of the page will be Home | FAQ | Signup | Members
this script has to be tied to paypal and when members signup they get one month free then they have the option to pay for a year of service.
in the admin area i want to activate cities. when i activate a city i give it a url. so when they use the homepage drop down or the homepage map and they click on the highlighted section of the map it takes them to the url that was set in admin to that city. also in admin i should be able to see my members and see how many emails have been sent to members. admins should be able to make a members and when they make a memeber it gives them a random password and sends them an email telling them about their free trial. any emails from site should be template based and able to be edited in the admin panel
members when they login should only be able to see what date their accounts were activated when their next payment is, a place to cancle their subscription and see how many emails the site has sent them
the info that i need on every user is
# of bedrooms, City, Type, Email address
then i will need a second site, this site we will call
ex: visitmichigancondos.com
on this site people should be able to search for properties
based on type and number of bedrooms
and when they hit search it will search my database from the main site for condos that match and then it will email all matching users with a message telling them someone is searching for a condo matching their criteria.
each city will have its own types
ex: michigan : cottage / lake front / shopping
florida : ocean / golf / shopping
and the cities and types will be set in the admin of the first site.
looking for someone in the united states to develop this someone who i will be able to phone conference with and express my ideas to.
this is a travel website mostly for vacations to beach areas. i will leave the design work to you as my idea of design comes from my 3 year old girl. serious bidders only. im on a limited budget do to the fact that im a single dad with two kids please keep this in mind.
