I would like a programmer to convert a .doc file to a .pdf file.

The guidelines are as follows:

I need someone that could write a program that works with jpeg pictures(on visual studio 2005 or 2008, with opencv library).
the program should do the following :
1. take high-quality photo( from a camera, a webcam for example or from a file )
2. find all faces in the picture ( with the help of opencv )
3. compress facial areas with high-quality JPEG compression and the rest of the photo with low-level.
First you need to create a compression map. Values in the map range from 1 (lowest quality) to 100 (highest quality). 100 – face area, 90 – area just near a face, 80 – area near a face, 1 – everything else.

I will need the final code, and the whole program.
please use commentaries when writing the program.
documentation will be needed also.

I need my catalog/product images to show 100% quality and not degrade or compress the quality of the images.

The image used to show in good quality a few days ago and after I had to restore the site it reverted back to heavily compressed images.

Must be able to complete work less then 3 hours upon acceptance of work.

Looking for experts in video compression and encoding. You must have low-level compression and encoding knowledge. I am NOT looking for someone who uses 3rd party tools to do encoding, but someone who understands how the encoding is done on the byte level.

I have a website that allows users to upload files to my web server. We need to be able to compress the files prior to uploading. I have the upload utility built and it works great. I need someone to add to this utility to allow for file compression. The utility is written in PHP and writes to a MYSQL database.

We need someone to do some editing and optimization on
our site in a WordPress enviroment.

1. Javascript compression. Compress not gzip two different
js files. You can use compressors from the sites

to compression errors that may come from the compression
method used.

2. We are using a contact form script plugin that adds an
extra 80kb to each page load size. We need the source
code edited so that the plugin is only loaded when a
person visits a specified list of urls.

3. There is a file permission conflict with the “add media
– add an image – upload feature”

4. We are getting the following errors message(Error
message: “parse error. not well formed”) when pinging
the below sites. This should be resolved.
