Redraw Or Compose Jpeg Logo As Scalable Vector

Hi I have a logo as a JPEG file that I need in a Scalable Vector (to open in Illustrator).

The JPEG File and the main parts I already have as EPS files are attached.

Looking for a quick job that is great value.

Name In Links Instead Of #’s

ok its simple this is a post i made in the phpbb forum
this is all that i want.

I would like to change my pm links from numbers to names, is this possible?

example

“the link to compose a message to a member (black202) would be:
ucp.php?i=pm&mode=compose&u=131995

but instead it should be the name instead:
ucp.php?i=pm&mode=compose&u=black202
