Description: I want to hire some one who can create a site that functions like Microworkers.com
What I require:
1. I want to be able to accept Paypal, Moneybookers as well as alert pay. I would like to have it built in a 5% transfer fee each way. (5% when users deposits(to cover paypal costs) (and another 5% charged for each job a worker does(built in) I want the payput to be very low this is why I am adding these Fees. Minimum deposit is $10.00. Withdrawals will need a custom backend to be able to detect fraud and allow only 1 worker account per user. Want to somehow have double or triple checks to verify users.
2. Built in affiliate program. Design of at least 3-5 banners along with code provided to post on affiliates site.
3. Lowest payouts maybe as main theme like $15.00 payouts would have to look around and figure out a median.
4. Also want top of the line backend for users that both accept and decline jobs ( allow them see see obvious fraud) as well as me being able to see every job declined to make sure users arent just declined finished jobs as well as a way to have users banned and blocked for good for misuse.
5. Nice index page maybe built in flash?
6. Any other ideas?
