The project is on posting complaints about online investment opportunities. Previous programmer left it in between so I would like someone to complete it ASAP.

PENDING THINGS ARE :-

Email verification function for submitting a complaint.

Random Complaint ID to be added to the complaint table, complaint id like – “91AE7-DD554-81951″

After submitting a complaint an email with complaint id should be sent to the complainer for easy tracking of complaint. And you can add complaint id field to the tables as well so that search can be performed using complaint id.

BACK END ADMIN CONTROL PANEL-
Back end control of complaint functions:
-> Display list of complaints
-> Higligh latest complaints
-> add functions: respond, edit, hide, delete
-> save response of complaints
-> sortable table
-> ajax search (auto display results)
Instant Search if possible(auto display results from database like on google search)

Display stats of complaints when searched for a domain like xyz.com – stats – solved 1 verified 2 Not verified 1 Pending 6

Did not get paid box should collapse (meaning it should go up as shown in search program image) when displaying search results.

In the end all this need to be fitted on a page of wordpress.

I need a website for users to post consumer complaints. Please see consumercomplaints.in. Similar to this. There will be Categories and Subcategories on Left panel Include file. We should be able to create these from ADMIN

Users will submit complaint in forms similar to the above site. (There will be some changes in fields. Will provide to selected Coder) User may also add Company mail ID. In which case complaint is forwarded to Company.

Company can click link in MAIL, Complaint page opens with Form to add reply. No need to login. Complaints get posted immediately.

In Admin we should be able to search (by subject, company, date) and delete posted complaint.

In Admin we can see latest complaints Titles with check box to select & edit, delete . Admin can Edit related Comment and also Company Response

Whenever any new member joins Euclid, then the list of Euclid member will automatically updated same case when any member leave the Euclid, then list will we updated.

Same case with there responsibilities, if responsibilities will change then it will updated with the current responsibilities.

6. Complaint: This section will display the list of complaint, here all complaint will be divided according to the department and every one will able to send there complaint and this complaints will be viewed by concerned department only.

Complaint will be divided into following parts:

3> HR

4> Admin

5> Other

7. Forum: This is the module where Euclid members can interact with each other. They can post some achievements or announcements here and any one can reply to that announcements. Users will be given choice to send post some news t particular department. In this case only that department will be able to view and reply to that news.

I need a website that is for complaints. A person can come and put in a complaint about a companies business practices. I need:
1. Text box for name of person.
2. Text box for name of company the complaint is about.
3. Text box for complaint
4. Text box for what would fix the problem from the customer.

Must have back end and database for stored complaints.

All complaints must be authorized by administrator before being put live for false information and abuse.

A very simple design and back end will do. Nothing fancy.
